As growing up very poor When we were young, we refused to eat any food off of metal tray with a paper between it. For that reason we and many others will never come there. We prefer our food on a plate like normal people.

My sister had told me 20 years ago that the Philly cheese steak sandwich was the best thing on the menu! well hahaha, we're not sure because the hot honey chicken sandwich was phenomenal also! Melissa was her server and she was wonderful and came back to check on us and stayed out of sight at the same time! really nice atmosphere and we'll be back! 5⭐'s

I’ve always wanted to try this place, as I pass by it numerous times daily. It looks like such a good vibe chill place. I ordered delivery- They were busy, they still did amazing and exxtra. They were polite and kind, thank you. The food was delicious and just what I wanted.
This is one of two restaurants my work team eats out at any time we have a meeting or visitors. There is literally nothing bad on the menu, and the burgers are phenomenal. Recommendation- give the pretzels and beer cheese a try. I've lived a lot of places, and eaten a lot of good food, and I've never had pretzels like these. You won't be disappointed. Second to that, their tater tots are amazing. I've never had tater tots that weren't dry and bland until I had them at Sam's. Whatever they season them with makes them pop, and they're a work favorite with my team. They also hold "battle of the burger" competitions, so the menu rotates as winners are added into the menu. They'll also still make old burgers if you ask them to.
Parking: Good sized lot with plenty of room for 20+ vehicles. More than enough for this size of establishment.

I was sitting at a table with my six friends. It was 11 pm and the server had told us a few drink we had suggested weren’t available. We said ok that’s weird. Then our server walked away and we were all talking then the manager came extremely aggressive accusing us of talking inappropriately which was not the case. We are all educated women. There had to be a misunderstanding. Instead of speaking to us like adults she was extremely rude and made our whole table feel unwelcomed. I have never been treated like this at an establishment. I’m so shocked and saddened.
