Shotz Bar and Grill is easily one of the best spots in Youngstown! I’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, and the food is consistently great every time. The service is amazing—always friendly and fast. Highly recommend for any meal of the day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They gave me the wrong item (regular chips instead of loaded chips) and refused to issue a refund. They only offered an exchange if I returned the incorrect food, only giving me the option me to come back to fix THEIR mistake. The experience was inconvenient and showed poor customer service, I won’t be back again.
