My husband came here and paid for a large macchiato. What he got was 2 espresso shots in a small cup. When he went to the manager to get it fixed she said “this is a macchiato, you just didn’t get flavor so it’s in a small cup.” Since when does flavoring make up the difference between a small and a large? Not only that but how do you call 2 espresso shots without milk a macchiato?
The fact that he had to pay full price for this with no offering to fix it, plus the fact that the manager was unbelievably unprofessional and rude is crazy.
I know they don’t care, but we will never be visiting this location again. I’d much rather support local coffee businesses that know how to make a macchiato and treat people with respect over this overpriced dirty dish water with a bad attitude.

I really like the service and drinks here. The staff is super nice, but recently I went there and it was so hot inside. As soon as I got my order I left. I probably have to find a different spot until the summer ends 😔
We visit often here especially when we are on our way to work. The staff has always been friendly and greeted us upon entering the store.

I love Starbucks no matter the location. But, this one is a great location coming or going as it’s right off the freeway. I’ve probably been to this location most of all & especially when I worked in Austintown. I always have to get a coffee, egg bites & something for my sweet Schnoodles. This trip was a cake pop for Poe.

We stopped at this Starbucks and went through the drive through. Frankie was at the window and did such a wonderful job taking care of our order and making sure everything was right. They had a positive energy that made our day! Thank you Frankie!
