Called to make sure they were open cus it said hours may differ on holiday and was hung up on as soon as i asked, got there and they were dead no customers very rude drink was good but staff sucks

Let me start by saying the staff was super friendly….
That being said, the drinks were AWFUL, a glass of milk with a hint of coffee, ZERO CINNAMON DOLCE FLAVOR, and to boot we stopped right before getting on the road for a trip. Th phone incessantly rings busy so there is no getting in touch with anyone to get the order fixed when we return OR a refund. I have to drive around with the old drinks in my car for several hours to prove we didn’t drink them so they don’t think we are looking to scam them for free items.

I’m not sure why but this location constantly gives me my drinks without flavor in them. I get my drink 3 times a week and I’ve started avoiding this location. Service is fast and the line is usually short. This location is the most convenient for me as well.

I ate a grilled cheese sandwich here and it was great. It's within a short walking distance, so it's convenient.
Parking: Parking lot intersects with Giant Eagles lot, so there's plenty of parking, and conveniently located in front of Giant Eagle, so if you need to stop to get some groceries, it's a 1 minute walk to Giant Eagle.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love shopping there as there's a variety of kids friendly foods. Their bakery makes delicious cakes. I highly recommend the Chocolate Fudge Torte cake. The small is $10.99 and the large one is about $24. The small one is about 9" and big enough for 3 people, and my favorite.
Wheelchair accessibility: Many handicap parking spaces there.
