I was at this subway this evening, and I just wanted to compliment the two young girls that were working. They were both so sweet. The sandwiches were great too. I’ve been to this subway plenty of times before. Most of the workers have always been nice, but these two girls definitely deserve recognition for how friendly and helpful they were. I didn’t get their names, but whoever was working Friday evening December 22, thank you!

Ordered a foot long sub and was told they only had one 6 inch left. Then ordered to dine in. I was told that the last hour is carry out only because they already mopped the floor and cleaned the table.

this was the most unprofessional fast food i have ever experienced in my whole life. the lady that took my order didn't wear gloves and was very rude and refused to let us eat in. i don't recommend eating there because the staff doesn't make you feel welcome whats so ever
I don't go out very often, but I wanted to surprise my Mom with lunch, so I called her knowing I had coupons, and that was a big help since I'm low income, we got the chicken teriyaki Subs and they were really good, the girls working are very nice, and even showed me to flip over the coupons for more on the other side which was what I used. We had a real good experience.

At first, they REALLY SCREWED up my order!!! I ordered through the app, I thought I made everything clear!! But I got home and the order was all messed up and missing items!! I told myself that I would never order again, NO MATTER HOW MUCH I LOVED THEIR SANDWICHES!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER IF YOU HAVE MADE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!!!BUT, I I went in the next morning and the person that was working, just happened to be one of the managers, and she CORRECTED EVERYTHING!!! I WILL RETURN TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER, SAVANAH!! HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!

Absolute worst experience i’ve had at a subway chain. Were told to wait while they made door dash orders. Sat for 15 minutes before being served. Employee with red hair “Savnnah” I believe her name was. Huffed and puffed and threw a tantrum with every doordash order that came in. She was extremely overwhelmed with us and the two other customers that were in the store. She threw our sandwiches around like they were trash and treated the new employee like garbage whenever she asked for help. I get that this job can be high stress at times; however, this is no way to treat customers. Will not be coming back to this location.
