This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. Waited almost 45 minutes to recieve half my order and undercooked nacho fries. I even tried to call and it ironically the phone isn’t ringing!

This was the worst Taco Bell meal that we’ve ever had. We have been going to this location for years, but since the building was rebuilt, the service and quality of food have been disappointing. The wait tonight was almost 20 minutes & I was the second car in line. There were mistakes in my order, sauce missing from an item, and nothing was warm. We won’t be returning & will instead go to the other Taco Bell in town.

There is always a line wrapped around the outside and the line on the inside doesn’t get any shorter. It’s every time too. I’ve sat in the line for an hour one time and the thing is you can’t get out of line because the lane is a single car width wide. Not even joking, the dude in front of me fell asleep in his car because they were taking so long. You’ll get your food faster at Cheesecake Factory, and it’ll be warm.
I feel like this place is finally on the mend. It has a new GM who really seems to care. Hoping it keeps getting better.

Worst service EVER at this Taco Bell. We received our food after almost a HALF HOUR in the drive thru and it was terribly made! My boyfriends bean burritos were a mess and his crunch wrap was BURNT.
