Completed my order and paid at 6:11 pm. Finally got my food at 6:34. Not even a sorry for your excessive wait or anything. Awful. If I hadn't had to pay when I ordered o would've just left. Could've went to an actual restaurant for the time and price.

When I got to the window to retrieve my order the larger white girl and the medium sized mixed girl both had terrible attitudes over them not understanding that I wanted a small drink in my meal instead of a large one they both kept having an attitude because they charged me for 3 drinks instead of two and got upset I asked for them to refund the other drink. I understand people have bad days but don’t take it out on the customers who are being nice towards you!

Waited 30 min for 10 tacos and they still needed up the order forcing us to wait another 10 min behind even more drive thru and door dash orders. Maybe put the people who are in your store standing in front of you first for a change. I would rate 0 if it were an option. Goodbye Zen hello RAGE!

So my boyfriend and i came to Taco Bell about 1am this morning and Kaitlyn who was taking out order was very rude, she talked so low that we had to keep "asking what did you say." She also asked if we wanted and sauce my boyfriend said "yes a variety of sauces." We get to the window she was rolling her eyes damn near threw the bag at us and closed the window, I ordered a water and I didn't get it and when my boyfriend blew the horn a few times Kaitlyn came to the window as if we were getting on her nerves and my boyfriend said "we ordered a water", Kaitlyn grabs the water and practically threw it in my boyfriend's hand. I said "oh your customer service is horrible and I will definitely be leaving a review with your name on it." The food was good so I guess that's a plus.
I went to this Taco Bell more like taco SMELL !!!! I asked for 4 potato soft tacos and they gave me all reg beef tacos. I also attempted to order the $5 crunch box and the lady taking my order asked me what that is... they don't know their own menu. lame ahh nosy person! the people who work there look dead and confused. Do not go here! Errrr!!!

Ordered 6 beef and cheese burritos at 2.00 each and was charged 30.18 on my credit card.They said they automatically assume it was grilled cheese burritos and say its the customers fault.Maybe then, they should take beef and cheese burritos off theyre menu.The manager would not accept fault for filling and billing wrong order and hung up on me 3 times.I called corporate and was given a full refund.The wanna be manager there needs to take a class on management and customer relations because he definately is in the wrong position to be mgt. For taco bell or any other company in a management position.I will go to authenic mexican food establishments before ever returning to any taco bell.Way to go Mr. MANAGER!

Waited 30 minutes for a steak quesadilla, and nacho fries. half of the steak quesadilla had no filling at all and the fries were cold. My son order grilled nacho fries with steak and it had hamburger instead of steak.
