Wedgewood Fernando's Pizza

Fantastic pizza, service and location.

Still the best in the area!!

Grew up in the area but moved away 20 years ago after graduating high school. Family still lives in area and every time we come home or are visiting we have to get wedgewood because it’s so dang good!!! I love a regular pizza with green peppers or my husband gets a decision white pizza with potatoes, broccoli and hot pepper rings (trust me, I was skeptical until I tasted it.. it’s amazing)!

Pizza is always amazing! I'm not from the area, but some of my family are, and I stop there when I'm in the area by recommendation from family members. Toppings are plenty and diced really small so you don't lose them as you're eating, and the crust is crispy but still fluffy on the inside, just perfect 👌

Not what is used to be, last 3x I've ordered here visiting family while in town we have been disappointed all around. Pizza wasn't ready on time even though they have more Pizza ovens then any pizza place I've ever been to, now they run like 2 ovens and were always having to wait. Pizza doesn't taste the same seems like they have gotten lazy or cheap the dough tastes like the bring home make your own pizza you would buy at the grocery store now. Prices are up quality is down. I gave this place a couple of chances to get back on track but it seems like that will never happen again unfortunately.

What kind of pizza place runs out of crust and can't make the size you want?

Placed an order by phone and due to a miscommunication one of pizzas was not as expected. Contacted Wedgewood, explained, received clarification, sincere apology and compensation. So..for those of you who have been disappointed recently by this established highly rated restaurant..perhaps a simple conversation could have rectified the situation instead of sullying their reputation. We're all human after all. There is a tremendous amount of competition in the pizza business and Wedgwood strives to excel and it succeeds. Keep on keeping on!!

Customer service on the other and is bs i called before the preferred time of 845 which is the last call on pizza they shut down at 830 YOU GUY NEED TO SAY YALL CLOSE AT 830 INSTEAD OF 9

Refused service at 8:15. For a very simple order. If you are not taking orders 45 minutes prior to your advertised closing time, rather unusual for a pizza parlour I might add, why advertise your hours stating you're open until 9? First time and last time I set foot in this establishment. I *hate* writing negative reviews; hopefully this is a first and last, it really looked like a nice establishment, but absolutely atrocious customer service. I am sorry I bothered y'all 45 minutes prior to your stated closing hours. Y'all can rest assured I will never make that mistake again.

Pizza is great 16 inch square pep with hot honey an both cheeses

Wedgeood is a Youngstown staple and some of the best pizza you'll ever have. Wonderful owner and employees too.
