Tried pulling a bait & switch Saturday morning with the Pick 2 for $3.

Tryed to order two Sausage & Cheese English Muffin but was told you can only order one sandwich and have to order a side like Potatoes with the Pick 2 for $3, if I wanted two sanI would have to get two sides then and pay twice the price.

Their sign does not state that only one sandwich may be ordered out of the six items & have always been able to order two sandwiches before both from there in the past and other Wendys. Website and app also show you are able to purchase two sandwiches under the Pick 2 for $3 deal under the 6 options.

I ended up leaving and going to the 5551 Patriot Blvd location where they confirmed the deal and had heard of issues from the S Raccoon store.

Sadly, I will now have to stop going to the S Raccoon Rd location for breakfast (or anything else) and add an extra 15-20 minutes to my morning just to go to the Patriot Blvd location now.

My son went through on his way to work yesterday for a ghost pepper chicken ranch sandwich. Nothing was unusual except he said they must've ran out of the cheese and used the wrong cheese. Went to work and when he was done, to get gas. Looked at his bank acct and realized they charged his debit card $22.97 instead of $6.89! Found his receipt and brought it in today to show them. It had biggie boxes and all this stuff on it. All he got was 1 sammich. He wanted them to refund the crazy order and charge him for just his sandwich. The girl at the counter was talking with him and a middle age lady in the back dipped in saying, "That's not even possible, that can't happen.". He encouraged them to check cameras. That's all they gotta do! They refused to reimburse him so he called corporate. Corporate said someone would call him tonight or tomorrow. If not, I guess he will call the bank and dispute the charge. I guess then they won't get ANY of their money. What Wendy's treats a customer like that?! This one!!

This is ridiculous imagine doordashing and the line is all the way to the street. This is absolutely insane. That’s what’s going on tonight. The employees look like they haven’t taken a shower in weeks. Make sure your employees don’t have rotted out teeth and plaque that is noticeable. Not only are they slow but the line is as slow as the employees are moving.

ordered some saucy nuggets, ate about two nuggets out of the 10 when I realized they weren’t cooked all the way thru, woke up next day with food poisoning, the shits, the chills and the sweats and throwing up non stop, I called and asked for corporates phone number so I can handle this and I’ve heard nothing back from them

I can offer some sympathy considering I've worked in the fast food business before and believe me it's terrible! Every time I come through the Drive-Thru (often with a mobile-order) most of my requests are ignored or sauces aren't given. I always ask for no tomato on my burger and silly enough it's dumb to complain about a burger but it cannot be every time that a simple thing is ignored? My frosty was given to me so melted that it looked like milk. Is handing out something melted acceptable? I know you wouldn't want that from your local Dairy Queen. Reading these reviews doesn't surprise me and I feel like there should be some sort of wake up call in better service.

Worst service I've ever had here! Asked for a potato,refused to sell because oc a container. Asked if I'd like cheese sour cream and hit sauce for a chili said yes. Got none and when Asked foe at window, was told I'd need to pay .50 for the cheese.
