So I went in a bought 3 biggie bags . All the servers were very clean , but then a heavy set light skinned man come up after my food was done with no gloves snatched up my food tossed it in the bag , pushed it to me and said here . My issue is why are you touching ppls food with no gloves on ??? Yes the food is wrapped but if his hands are nasty it's just gonna get the nasty on the wrapper and then onto my hands . Wear gloves when handling people's food .

Every time I go to this Wendyâs they mess up my order I literally have to check my food every time because it will be missing something! Iâm so tired of this going on! Food is expensive enough when you work hard for your money and donât live off the government! Not only that they never say my pleasure or thank you or youâre welcome or sorry when they screw up my order every time! The managers need to light a fire under every employee Iâm sick of it

Who ever was working the drive thru handing out food 5/23/25 around 2pm was rude/untrained/no personalityâŠ..i asked âwhich drink is whichââŠshe said âlook on the lidâ,which i did and nothing was punched outâŠi said here you look at them and tell me which is whichâŠshe couldn't or wouldnâtâŠ,she kept saying read the lid!âŠ....Dave Thomas would of fired her on the spot for zero customer service skillsâŠ..ill never go to this Wendy's again as long as these types of workers exist at this store

The young lady up front was a terrific was polite she helped me with every question I asked her she deserves a raise if I were a manager there I would be thinking sheshould be a manager in training
Itâs a Wendyâs. I find the burgers bland, but the chicken good. They also have good drink options. Fries are just okay. You know, like every other Wendyâs you e been too. Service is good at this location. Drive thru can get busy, so people around here must like it.

I had to wait a while to get a fresh fish sandwich đ„Ș đ© it was overcooked and very greasy. It made my stomach upset. Disappointing đ.
