Went here to order the Big Peppa and Chicken Tenders with my father earlier today and the wait for the fresh food was more than up to par! The staff are amazing and the place is very clean. Keep it up! You guys are wonderful!

Went in for the first time. Had a detailed discussion about their pizza sizes. Ordered the larger size. Paid $19 something. Got a small, thin round pizza with hardly any toppings on it... Very disappointing, and will not be returning.

Had seen a lot of hype for this place so ordered a street taco pizza for lunch to see if it lived up. I would have gave it a 5 if every piece had been a little more consistent with toppings. It was still on par with other pizza places for sure, I just needed a little more corn and chorizo and this would have easily got 5*. When the pieces did have all the flavors and ingredients on them, those bites were fire where the flavors married perfectly. It would be a foul to not mention Jason. He was more than accommodating as I had my little man with me and I had my hands full with getting him buckled in. Jason went the extra mile and brought our pizza out to us and his friendly and welcoming demeanor was appreciated. We will definitely be back!

I placed an online order and through email confirmation told it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. When I arrived it wasn't ready, no big deal. They said it would be another 20 minutes and they apologized it was so busy. I ran across the street to grab a pop and waste 20 minutes. When I went back in with the expectation of it being ready they admitted they completely forgot to put my pizza in and it would be yet another 20 minutes. I didn't mind the first additional wait but now you still have to make it and bake it when I've been here 40 min? I asked for a refund which apparently no one has the ability to do so and they would have to wait for a manager. I trusted this and expected my money refunded in 7-10 business days. When I checked my bank statement 12 days later it had not been returned. Fast forward to numerous phone calls asking to speak to a manager, which whom I was told either was not there or too busy to take my call. I explained the story and even left my number to be called back. Obviously no call and no refund. I took to Facebook hoping this could be resolved and the response I got at first was that they did refund it right away, which is a lie. I know how to read a bank startement. Then they asked for proof which I provided and Crickets. Nothing. Excuse me for wanting My money back for something I Never received! Furthermore, what an embarrassment to you that you can't return $13. Worst customer service response to your mistake. Was willing to actually eat here again as the pizza is good but I will not support this behavior or disregard to your customers. I would give a minus star on customer service it that was allowed.

Pizza was good, a little pricey though for what you get. Biggest issue was the service. Ordered a pizza and was told 20 minutes for pickup. Arrived 25 minutes later and it wasn't even in the oven. Waited another 30+ minutes for my pizza. Good pizza, not worth waiting in the heat for.
Best Chicken sandwich I have ever had! The pizza is also very good! A must try!

Found out about this pizza shop from snipingfordom's Facebook page. The food was excellent and the staff was great. As soon as we walked in they asked if we had been there before and they went through the whole menu with us. We got 2 of the specialty pizzas and a pepperoni. They were all really good and we also got some of the Korean fried chicken. It was delicious and huge. Absolutely would recommend it was great.

Heard about Forte Pi from friend about great chicken tenders and fresh, organic food. We ordered carry out "make your own" pepperoni pizza with mushrooms, chicken tenders and salad shaker. Everything was superb! Two tenders is enough for four people. Pizza crust amazing, thin and light. Lemon salad dressing fresh and light. Shared feast with view of Lake Erie. Friendly service with explanation of all menu options. Will definitely be back.

What a hidden gem we stumbled upon for lunch! Jason the owner was awesome! So many great recommendations and help guiding through the ordering! My two picky kiddos LOVED their chicken and hubby is obsessed with the homemade cauliflower crust! Definitely can’t wait to be back to try more of the menu!!
