Man this place fell off HARD since this new owner was put in charge. Pizzas are never right, they always take 2x the time they normally take at the very least, and the cooks look like they couldn’t give less of a crap that they mess up and the other workers also couldn’t care less. And they will short you on toppings, and garlic sauce constantly. DO NOT ORDER DOUBLE TOPPINGS FROM THIS LOCATION. This is my third crappy pizza and experience in a row. At least I didn’t leave a tip.
Oh well Dominos. This is the last nasty dogmeat quality pepperoni pizza I’ll ever buy from you. There’s always Marcos. Delicious every time, every location.

We order from this location a lot lately the food is usually great and the orders are correct and the drivers are friendly and professional, however our pizza came a little under cooked and when I called about it they were rude and just said that’s how pan pizzas are. I was a manager at a similar pizza place in the area for 4 years and I’m just wondering what happened to any kind of customer service? If a customer is not satisfied with the food there should be a re-make or credit for next time, not only would they not offer anything like that they refused and were rude for no reason. My family will never order from there ever again. How hard is it to have a little bit of customer service instead of being a jerk to a paying customer.

Was on hold for 20 minutes, we hung up and called back, immediately on hold for almost another 20 minutes. Called Doughboy’s and was able to place our order in less than a minute. I don’t see how it can be THAT busy.

This location has been ultra delayed on orders more and more lately. Order said 10 minutes, showed up at 20, and they had t even started because they were too busy.

Driver had to drive around for an hour with our food before getting it to us, drove right past our street on his way to make other deliveries. Food was cold by the time we finally got it.

I picked up my carry out order and my pizza wasn’t made correctly. I called the store and was told by a girl who is an employee that they will not re make my pizza that on there end it didn’t show the extra salami I ordered and there out of it and there is nothing they can do. I ask for the general manager who she told me said to her that they are not re making my pizza. I drove back to the store and proved to the manager my receipt showed what I ordered and he refused to re make my pizza and instead said he will not make me another pizza and will refund my order. I’m a consistent long time customer here and this has been the worst pizza experience I ever had. They are completely rude and treat their customers like dirt. I will never spend another dollar at this establishment. The other pizza in my order that was for my kids wasn’t cooked all the way through and tasted terrible. All around terrible experience and terrible food. You just lost a long time customer for good.

I ordered delivery from this location, after placing the order the store manager called me and said they were unable to make my order because they were "to busy". I think thats extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Dominos is normally great, but this location is the worst. I won't be ordering from this location again.
