It is a cozy atmosphere and the service was excellent. There wasn’t really anything on the menu that I was in the mood for the night I went with friends, but I am not holding that against them. I have had the burger before and it is very good. We had some drinks and they were all solid. This is a great hidden gem of casual/fine dining.

Edacious is a unique restaurant. Their menu is somehow varied and limited at the same time, but I'm sure there's something for everyone. My table split the chips and dip (the chips could have been Lays kettle chips, but the dip was very tasty) and the bread service (fantastic foccacia and very tasty pepperoni rolls with a couple of dips). I ordered the strip steak which was cooked perfectly and came with potatoes that were beyond delicious! My friends ordered the hatch...

We’ve done two chef’s tasting dinners here and both have been absolutely incredible experiences. The vibe is casual but the service is top tier. The food and flavors are outstanding. It’s almost an hour from us but absolutely worth the drive, even if it’s just for a burger and beer.
