Fenik’s Frozen Custard is a local favorite that never disappoints

I really wanted to love this place and support a local, family-run ice cream shop, especially since we live close by. Unfortunately, we left pretty disappointed.

I ordered a chocolate shake that was thick in texture, but tasted like generic powdered chocolate just whipped up with a thickener—very bland with no real flavor. My spouse had a single scoop of strawberry ice cream that was just average at best, and at $6 for one scoop it felt quite overpriced.

I usually try to give local businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the shake in particular was a big let-down. We were hoping this could become our neighborhood go-to ice cream spot, but the quality just didn’t match the price.

Absolutely love this place! Family owned and the people working the counter are great. Sometimes the line can be a little long, but more of a sign of how awesome this place is. Great selection of vegan, dairy free ice creams and other desserts!

This place has good flavors and the serving size is good a must visit

I never got any pictures cause I left my phone in the car, and I’m trying my best not to constantly have my phone in my hand. This place is brilliant. They are vegan options hundreds I think staff of the best but the product is amazing. I really really really like this ice cream custard sorry store. I like their menu as well. It’s just get so many cool things no pun intended. I kind of customize what was on the menu to fit more of what I was in the mood for that day. This place really had this spot. Not too far from home either. I think the value of my home just went up after finding this place so close lol it’s very hard for me not to like a custard ice cream place but seriously this is one of my favorites again I can’t believe I don’t have any photos definitely going back so I’ll have to put them in next time don’t mess. This place it is great.

A vegan ice cream dream come true! Tons of vegan options, also have fantastic gluten free items. If you have dietary restrictions this is absolutely the place for you. Had a GF brownie sundae and it was amazing. The only downside is that they are very busy, all the time.

Huge variety of dairy free ice cream.

Poor service, took additional customers while my ice cream sat on counter melting. Was basically soup by time I got to car. Was only getting 4 things. When I questioned second worker if she could complete my order she told me the other person would get it. She served the other costumers and then had to get my last scoop of ice cream since she could not ring out hers while mine order was in system.

Of course the custard was great but what was really impressive was the incredible customer service. Thank you for making us feel welcome!
