Absolute joke full stop!!! 3 managers on duty and 3 different stories about my order. Main manager should be fired for the lack of integrity and honesty! Its just pizza, please try being honest when it comes to your screw ups. I actually relate to that mentality compared to BS.

Online there is no option to pick a pizza with no ham so you have to settle for “light” ham and whoever was in charge chose way so much extra ham your welcome you ham loving sob

This place is like a slight upgrade from papajohns the cinnamon rolls were the highlight soft yet slightly crispy on the bottom just the right amount of sugar and cinnamon Fresh and hot I would definitely go back for those the pizza was just ok wouldnt go back for the pizza the sauce on the wings were actually really delicious and the wings itself were just ok

After having issues with Romeo's pizza in Avon Lake I decided to go back to the AL Marcos after 8 years. First time in April it was a really good supreme pizza along with my wife's GF Cauliflower crust pizza. And another order in June it was ok as well
Tonight kinda blah, my XL pizza was ordered with parmesan cheese, the one I got was yellow like cheddar cheese (it looked pretty good see pic) but had a weird taste. Also there is barely any pizza sauce on it like Romeo's where you can taste the sauce. My wife's cauliflower crust was just ok and they didn't include the garlic sauce as requested. (A big problem with these pizza places when you ask for or pay extra for one) I think we'll stick with Big M pizza which has been perfect pizza everytime and has an amazing sauce better than the others.
Dietary restrictions: Small cauliflower crust for those with celiac, ok in a pinch but you can get larger GF crusts elsewhere.

I ordered a Deluxe Pizza from Marco’s tonight. Medium Deluxe for $12.99 coupon.I have to admit that I have been ordering from another pizza store, but the pizza I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered online, when it said pizza ready on the tracking we head immediately and was told the pizza is not ready yet. From the store where we picked up the pizza to our hotel was only about 7-10mins, but as soon as we tried/eat the pizza it doesn't feel hot anymore(like it's been sitting for so long). Compared to all the other pizzas we tried before, the appearance of this one was just okay (not so appetizing). But the white sauce was pretty good. Total disappointment when i was chewing my pizza felt something hard in my mouth and when i checked what was it, it was a hard plastic thing that i dunno what. They really should pay attention on how they handled their food preparation coz this is not acceptable(i'm just thankful that it was not eaten by my toddler).
