Medium Deluxe for $12.99 coupon.I have to admit that I have been ordering from another pizza store, but the pizza I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered online, when it said pizza ready on the tracking we head immediately and was told the pizza is not ready yet. From the store where we picked up the pizza to our hotel was only about 7-10mins, but as soon as we tried/eat the pizza it doesn't feel hot anymore(like it's been sitting for so long). Compared to all the other pizzas we tried before, the appearance of this one was just okay (not so appetizing). But the white sauce was pretty good. Total disappointment when i was chewing my pizza felt something hard in my mouth and when i checked what was it, it was a hard plastic thing that i dunno what. They really should pay attention on how they handled their food preparation coz this is not acceptable(i'm just thankful that it was not eaten by my toddler).

I don't think that I've ever had a bad pizza from this place, they always do such an amazing job, once in a great while I won't get what I ordered online like the crust toppers and what not but it's hard to complain when this place does such an amazing job 98% of the time, the inside is also very clean, small but nice and the staff are all very kind, when I order pizza in this area this is where I go.Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly, my kid asks a lot of stupid questions, the staff didn't mind one bit in fact they were very sweet to him, another reason I like this place as much as I do.

Bad customer service. The owners are the rudestHad training on a Friday as I fell ill and almost passed out I had gotten the stomach flu that day and the owner kicked me out. I'm still recovering.

The app won’t allow me to choose delivery from another unit that is close to my house. The unit the app redirect me is Elyria OH and that place won’t offer the same options and flavors in the menu from other places. The quality itself is about the same, slightly better in the Avon Lake OH unit.
