It's pretty crappy that you work through Door Dash when you don't have a driver and keep the delivery fee. You being a 'local' owner it's discouraging; Old School pays the DD drivers the full delivery they charge.

Large 5 topping pizza and two slices had basically no toppings. I order the same pie 3 times a month. Called and spoke to the lady working the phones. Was told nothing they could. Will now start ordering pizza from their numerous in town competitors.

They were fast and friendly, in spite of the fact that tens of thousands of homes and businesses were without power for days, including this night. The three pizzas were great and saved us with no way to have food at home due to outages. More importantly, I had a great experience on the phone and in person with a manager, Jessica, and general manager Tim ?❤️??

Ordered a pizza from Lear Rd Pizza Hut and apparently they’re using DoorDash to deliver. All I had was a $50 bill on me and they had no change so I called up the Pizza Hut to pay by credit card but they were nasty and hung up on me. I felt bad for the people delivering to me and gave them the money and told them to take the pizza and shove it! I would never order from them again, ever!

It was a hot pre-order, and it was delicious. It's worth taking the time if you're kicking back for a weekend movie.
Due to an online ordering issue (with Pizza Hut Corp) my 3 separate orders went to one location instead of 3. I called and spoke to the manager of this location, Lindsay, who apologized and quickly worked to resolve this issue and get the food delivered as soon as possible. I have had this issue with other Pizza Huts in the area (cough, Lorain, Cough) and the manager there did not care. Lindsay is the reason I continue to place orders at various Pizza Huts near my businesses. Her empathy with my situation and desire to quickly make it right are what makes any restaurant successful. I look forward to my next opportunity to work with her and her location and cannot thank her enough for her positive attitude and willingness to help.

Worst Pizza Hut ever !! They do not make your pizza correct and they do NOT correct the issue!!! I ordered for my children though them and they didn’t give me the right toppings and refused to fixed the situation. The staff was also rude and did not care about customer satisfaction at all!!

Very disappointed. I waited for my food in the parking lot until it was done, and the staff acted like I was going to hurt them because of my skin color.They also thought it was a joke when I said something. Please stay far away from this establishment. Ride staff and disgusting food!

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely love the drive-through, you don’t realize how many places don’t have that great of handicap access until we’re in a wheelchair.
