Rude service, took my card and kept it for a very long time while I waited for food to be prepared. Asked me to go park and wait while they kept my card? What in the fraud is going on at this place? Also made the most disgusting chai latte I’ve ever tasted. Panini was alright tho

Rio miraculously had power after a huge storm which wiped out power every where else. They were very busy but still remained kind and efficient. Latte was hot and breakfast burrito was great! Definitely moved up my list as far as local coffee / breakfast spots go.

Amazing place. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Took their time to answer every question and provided detailed explanations for their roasting process. Would highly recommend coming before and after visiting Cristo.

Went in for the first time as I’m new to the area, very very good coffee with a lot of flavor options, and Incredible baked goods (best danish I’ve ever had.) also very fair pricing for a privately owned shop, will definitely be going again!

Here for the first time. Best blueberry muffins ever!!! And coffee and service most excellent. Need a break from the day? Come here and relax :-).

In Avon Lake for the eclispe and to see family who live there. We have gone to Rio for coffee dozens of times in the past. They were asking $6 for a cup of coffee - special pricing and menu due to the eclipse - that is usually $2. I like supporting local merchants everywhere we travel, but they've lost a customer going forward.

A very pleasant, comfortable little coffee shop also offering a variety of foods, has been in business for 20+ years. Glad we discovered it today!

Red Cedar is the best coffee in the world. Dave is an awesome boss and really great to the employees who actually work and put forth the effort. It's a really nice place to just go and relax and enjoy your beverage. I believe the people who left bad reviews would complain about anything and everything. Starbucks and Dunkin, you are paying for the name. At Rio's, you are paying for quality. Go see for yourself, I promise you will not regret it.
