Decent but for a spot called salad kraze I’d expect better ingredients. My salad could’ve been great if they had used better quality chicken (seemed processed), house made croutons and freshly grated cheese. Balsamic dressing was good.

Door dashers and probably all delivery services, avoid this place!! Every time I’ve picked up from here it has taken 15+ min to get the order and one time the employee was very rude about it. I can’t speak for the food itself but it does smell/look good and the prices are reasonable. Just want to make this clear this review is strictly for delivery services. They are awful with it

Huge salads for the price. Staff are very courteous. Love the many different options to choose from. They also serve soup, wraps, and smoothies. I have had their soup which has always been good. I had a wrap once and it was a nice size and delicious. I haven't had a smoothie yet. This is our go to place for a nice dinner salad.

When I was a kid I used to eat 5 alarm all the time, specifically the noodles with chicken, cheese and ranch, which probably sounds gross BUT the ranch here is unlike any other ranch that exists. It is AMAZING and at 30 years old I just found out that 5 alarm turned into salad kraze, I just ordered the exact same thing I always ordered and it was so delicious I had to stop eating to leave a review! I am going to be ordering different things from here every day for lunch for probably the rest of eternity, if you haven't tried this place you absolutely should!

I was served the wrong soup for a lunch what is upsetting about they keep giving out wrong dressings and I try to let slide but the bag is sealed can't really open up before leaving. I was hoping resolution would be a note that I can get the right order tomorrow or a credit but that did not happen and their customer service is becoming more and more frustrating.

Ordered two salads to go. Cashier was not the friendliest person, but I think I’m getting used to personality-less people working in retail and fast food so, whatever. The bad review is for one of the salads. The pic below is a chunk of avocado. ? ? that comes on the salad, and I assumed in maybe cut pieces ? Idk. What I got was a quarter of a whole avocado that is tough and yellow and inedible. Also on my salad I requested that the chicken be swapped out for eggs. I got neither eggs or chicken on it lol. So my bad I guess. Won’t be returning.

The only reason for 2 star service is from a recent visit. We did an online order on Friday 1/5/24. It said pick up will be ready at 5:45 pm. I arrived and waited 50 minutes inside for order. I'll assume the time for pick up is computer generated, but you should work on fixing that.

honestly very disappointed on how I was treated here. I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick it up I noticed another customer had a NFL team hat on that I also root for. So, I started a conversation on how I liked his hat, and as I was getting my food the cashier said “hope you lose.” It was pretty unprofessional, and rude. I will probably not be coming back after this incident. Overall just very disappointed.

I ate here for the first time with a party of 4. We tried the wraps, salad, a smoothie, and soups. The spinach and Caesar pasta salad was really great, fresh ingredients, and just as described on the menu, really good salad. The hummus wrap was also great, just the right amount of hummus mixed with cucumbers, spinach, and tomatoes. Really yummy. We also tried the broccoli cheddar soup, which was super salty and unfortunately took away from the taste of the soup. The chicken garlic Parmesan wrap was also overly salty. The smoothie was very good. Overall the food was good but some of it was just way too salty. I would try this place again, and go for the salad.
