If you are looking for top notch service and can do attitudes don't come here! Now I can't speak on behalf of the other employees but the lady with the pumpkin tattoos needs a real attitude adjustment. She was just about the worst person to have ever performed customer service in the history of subway. Disgusted.

I order a protein bowl, which comes as a 12 inch portion. When I asked the oh-so-rude manager why she was only trying to give me a 6 inch portion and insisting that I pay for the 12 inch, she pointed at a sign that clearly says "make any 'FOOTLONG' into a protein bowl" for an extra $2.00. This means that they charge extra for making into bowl, not that it is only 1/2 serving of meat.

While fixing my food, I saw that she put more topping on my food than I asked for, and when I asked by she added more, her reply was that she "dropped some of my olives into the lettuce". If common sense had prevailed, she would have thrown the olives away as opposed to adding more of anything when I had clearly stated how much I wanted. When I attempted to draw her attention to her mistake, she threatened to call the police because I was questioning why she was shorting my order on meat. I asked for a corporate number and she again threatened to call the police on me for questioning how she was spending my money for me.

She is very rude, and her attitude is not conducive to a customer service business. Although I doubt very seriously that this is a corporate owned store, but Subway will be notified of the way their customers are being treated, thereby ruining the reputation that Subway has with its customers. Needless to say that this particular location will never see another dime of my money!!!!!

And I will also make note of the fact that I was not issued a receipt with my order, but I will find the store number because that complaint is loading as I type!

I placed an order with Andrea the Manager and what a lovely experience I had. I was stressed with the holiday rush and I ended up ordering cookies last minute for my family party. Andrea made me feel at ease and I can’t be thankful enough.

I come here for lunch sometimes because I work right down the street. There's one woman who is extremely rude every time, probably why she doesn't wear her name tag but she has a sleeve of tattoos. She should consider a job where she doesn't have to interact with customers.

just left the subway in Avon Lake on Walker Road. The girl working today, Saturday, July 20 at 3:45 PM is absolutely positively rude and has zero customer service skills. Asking her to add a few other items onto 3 footlogs subs was like asking her to cut her leg off. No smile no may I help you. I sure am hoping she’s not the manager because if she is, she’s certainly not doing a good job. She had dark hair, which was dyed bright red, and glasses. Management, you really need to have a conversation with her.

Got a sandwich delivered and it was all burnt and not even the way I ordered it. Also asked for extra bacon and there was like 2 slices on it. And the sandwich was smashed down. First and last time going to this location. I can’t believe they actually thought that was ok to send … specially for 16 dollars.

we’ve always had good experiences here but today we placed an online order and my husband went to go pick it up and he was told they never received the order. I sent him screenshots of the order confirmation and that I had been charged and they still refused to make the food. He ended up reordering the food and I don’t know if he ended up getting a refund. He said the employee he talked to was rude and we can’t understand why they couldn’t make the order even though we had proof it was placed.

Don't order online. They miss something on every sandwich. Wrong bread, no cheese, bacon etc. Go there and order in person to save yourself the hassle.
