I am never one to leave bad reviews on an establishment, but this one is WELL warranted. I have NEVER been anywhere where an employee has been so rude and miserable to do her job. The tattooed lady (If you could call her that after you see the way she treats people) with the absolutely terrible attitude needs to go. I believe she is the manager, but I could be wrong. I have stopped coming here and spending my money there for quite awhile because every time she is working, its a terrible experience. I decided to try it one more time since walker road is now open and it’s right down the road. NEVER AGAIN. From reading these reviews, and reading the other people in line, I can tell that this business has lost plenty of money solely because of her. I will never step foot in this subway again. ATTN OWNER: The absolute best thing you could do for your business and livelihood is FIRE HER. She belongs at a job where there is little to no human interaction. Good luck.

If you are looking for a good sub and great customer service I recommend this store for sure! Not only was it very clean and prompt , the speed of service was spot on too. I was a little confused on what I had wanted and took a little long to order but Andrea was very patient and thrown out some great suggestions and made the experience worth coming here for. Definitely will be taking the drive from Cleveland again just to come to this store as it exceeded my expectations.

I love coming here and getting the bacon and pepperoni pizza ik this is not Marco's or Papa John's but personally The pizzas at subway is just top notch for me , I got good customer service From a lady name Andrea that work there she has black hair real nice and The girl with the blonde hair always Positive just a outstanding team when these two ladies work together .
