we’ve always had good experiences here but today we placed an online order and my husband went to go pick it up and he was told they never received the order. I sent him screenshots of the order confirmation and that I had been charged and they still refused to make the food. He ended up reordering the food and I don’t know if he ended up getting a refund. He said the employee he talked to was rude and we can’t understand why they couldn’t make the order even though we had proof it was placed.

everytime i come here the employees are SO RUDE. andrea makes you feel dumb and stupid when asking a simple question. everytime i go there andrea seems miserable! so
Don't order online. They miss something on every sandwich. Wrong bread, no cheese, bacon etc. Go there and order in person to save yourself the hassle.

Doesn't take any subway coupons, the service is ok, and a young kid named Daniel I had serve me last week paid attention to what I asked for was pleasant and was one of the better subs I have had here as of lately. Food quality is usually good but if Daniel is there it's been a better overall experience lately for us.
Got a sandwich delivered and it was all burnt and not even the way I ordered it. Also asked for extra bacon and there was like 2 slices on it. And the sandwich was smashed down. First and last time going to this location. I can’t believe they actually thought that was ok to send … specially for 16 dollars.

I’ve been to this place multiple times for years and there’s a young man who’s always been so rude. I forgot to order something for my friend and asked if it was okay if i could add a protein bowl to my order. He rolled his eyes and gave me attitude the whole time. I know he’s been working their for years but he’s a man who shouldn’t be dealing with customers.

The individual working with the Deadpool pins on their visor is probably the most absolutely unpleasant human being I’ve ever encountered in a business setting. I’ve been here three times waited on by this person and have not been greeted, have been rudely talked to, talked down to, etc. I even said “hey, how are you?” and was met with no response and an eye roll. I was clearly heard. They also acted as if my friends allergy was a complete annoyance.Whoever is in charge of staffing clearly needs to make some changes. I work five minutes away, but I’d rather drive 15 minutes into Sheffield Lake then to ever patronize this location again. My staff feels the same.
