If you go to this location early between like 8:45 - 11 You're gonna get a good sub even if you order it on the app. Their is a older woman who has been working mornings for over a decade here and she actually cares about making the sandwich good.

This guy jakab made THE BEST sandwich I've ever had. Holy mackerel!! 10/10 love this place. I go basically everyday.

As a local resident, I am very grateful to have this subway in the Lear road shopping plaza. Unfortunately, when I normally come in is Monday through Friday during the school day (breakfast-lunch hours), and I have never had more than a neutral experience—Never a positive Experience. At this location, the full-time worker who works at that time really lacks in customer service. Her name is Mary, and she never smiles and never goes out of her way to help the customer. She does not seem to enjoy her job by the way she comports herself. She seems to be working for a paycheck rather than to make subway look good. I have been refused service on orders of multiple subs when she is too busy. I avoid this subway if I can during these hours and go to the subway, Jersey Mike’s, or Jimmy John’s in Westlake. Mary likes to nickel and dime everyone and find excuses to not be helpful. I don’t rely on this subway location for anything important during the day.
Changed my mind! Recently I had a not so wonderful experience but I also was in a foul mood that day. No cheese on my sub. But I chose this restaurant again because they take coupons and gift cards with QR codes. It was a wonderful experience this time. Jacob made my sandwich. The only issue was I wanted the halves wrapped separately and when I got home they were not. But the sub was wonderful absolutely! Made to my specific requirements. Thank you Jacob!

Most subways you can count on a bit of quality, not this one. Hate leaving bad reviews but with flies all over the place, half the veggies looked bad even the banana peppers tasted funky. Used to be good but last 2 times have been horrible. Thought last time may have been a bad day but oooof. Nope, cmon Subway up your game.

The guy working there today was so incredibly nice and polite. He helped someone carry out their order and opened the door for me. The whole store was really clean.
This is the worst subway I have ever attended. I go because it's convenient right next to my job but I order the same sandwich and every staff member makes it different and are rude not too mention in the ingredients items are constantly missing ugh ?... I would never recommend.

Terrible service. Placed my order on line got order confirmation and I was billed. This was around 8:20 pm Got to the place around 8:30 along with 2 other arriving customers. Door was locked. Guy tried to hide in back. Another customer pounded on door. Guy finall came toward and told us no food available they were out. What he meant was he put it away. I got credit but no food. Others also left. I wrote them and Subway. Never got response. Obviously no one a Subway cares about customer. Stop advertising and spend some Miney on serving the customers you have left!

Orderd onlineThe black olives tasted like anteseptic cleaner. When i called to tell they wanted to argue with me about instead of saying sorry. I didnt ask for my momey back or another sandwhich. They just did not believe me. Too bad they have to hire people with no clue about customer service.
