Nay is an amazing manager! She helped me out a lot, and the staff was very helpful getting the food out, especially since I’m a DoorDash driver.

How are you guys out of beef at 1230 pm? Doesn’t just happen, I know fast food. Also workers constantly pissed. Don’t know why Avon lake is struggling to have a good Taco Bell.

I am a father of three that loves their chicken nuggets and my wife and I would rather go elsewhere so I find myself going to multiple restaurants for an evening of takeout.

I have lost faith in customer service at fast food restaurants for some time and wasn’t looking forward to calling to notify this store about an issue with my order. I thought the phone would just ring but Nay answered the call, was polite and attentive. She asked if I could come back at a time convenient for me so they can remake the order. I made my way back up and she had everything remade once I arrived. It was the first time I ever seen Taco Bell food looking like the menu board.

Great job Taco Bell and Nay. Thank you for restoring my hope in customer service and experience.

The Night Shift lady is rude as hell and will make you wait over an hour just to get your food. Would not recommend this Taco Bell, especially at night will make you late for work very unprofessional staff at night.

takes an hour just to get through the drive thru and your trapped you cant even pull out..pause..said they were low on crew and going 1 by 1 with orders. there were 5 cars when i pulled in at 11:20pm they only got through 2 cars in 40 minutes. 1 by 1 and it takes you 40 minutes to get thru 2 cars? its now almost midnight and still no movement in 15 minutes.

by far one of the slowest taco bell’s i have ever been to. I don’t know how many people are working or what. But first of all, the drive through line is designed so there’s no way to get out of line. There’s no way it should take that long to make a few items. There needs to be new management, more people working or at least sign saying it’s short staffed. The past three times i have been to this taco bell it has been slow. there needs to be major change.

literally sat in line for an hour and it was only 9.. we sat at the box for literally like 25 minutes an then again at the window waiting for 6 food items missing two from the order.

Do not come to this location, as of 12/09/2025. We waited for an hour just to take our order, then was told we could only order less than 10 items and that she is the only person working, so she would be declining all orders behind us and closing up shop for the night. My husband did not get to order any food because she cut him off at 5 items. Pull up to the window and there is in fact somebody else in there too and they are laughing and having a grand old time. Messed up our freezes, had to mix it ourselves because they put the syrup at the bottom. Mumbled, asking why there is still people lined up behind us. Uh, probably because you can't get out the line unless you wanna go through the building or over the curb. Waited 20 more minutes at window just to get food. Food was good though, on the bright side of the nightmare. I feel bad for those behind us though. The guy directly behind us, waited about 10 mins short of what we did. Just plain wrong. Limit and decline orders just because you don't want to do your job and rather goof off? Close up shop at 9:30 PM, when youre supposed to be open till 4 AM. We will not be returning to this Taco Bell, as looking through the review, this is not the first occurrence. The Avon location, on Detroit Rd has never let me down!

This is the second time I've gone to this location. Worst customer service ever. I ordered a chicken quesadilla which was nearly empty. $5 Lux Box. Nacho Belle Grande for my wife. The order was all mixed up. They didn't add our sauce. And there were only two cars ahead of us, and no one sitting inside. We waited 22 minutes from when we ordered to when we received our incorrect order... Super disappointed as we really love Taco Bell.
