However, after meeting with Mike and the team, we realized that their mission and passion for catering would make all the difference on this day. Thyme was initially introduced to us by our wedding venue, Gordon Green as they are a preferred catering vendor. While exploring our options for caterers, we were intrigued by the hors d’oeuvres and entrees.
