This visit to McD's was not busy at all. Drive-thru - burgers were half wrapped in paper, sloppy, and no napkins in bag. I'd hate to see what it looks like when they are busy. Do better! Staff were friendly.

If you don't have enough staff to operate in a timely fashion... Please just close. Wasn't busy at all and we have wait 30 mins .. absolutely unexpectable..I could have just went some where else as opposed to waiting this was in the drive through.

Second time I have went here and it was closed, this time for "cleaning". Had a mobile order already paid for and drive thru was on, employee was rude said it was closed. Asked how we do a refund and employee snapped back saying its not instant. There's not many places to get food in the area without driving another 20mins so its really unfortunate that the management at this location seems to be so bad. I've had several other bad experiences at this location, including extremely long wait for pickup order sat for over 20 minutes waiting & it wasn't busy.
