As a customer, I don't need to knoh that he was late.Or that he clock in and then took off his coat and clocked in began to work for that.He was late coming back from break.That's something that gets discussed how to customer view and not in front of other team members. Habit of forgetting sides like fries and sauces even when dining in, and the bathroom is filthy, though the good attitude of the staff saves them from getting 1 star.
High prices. Senior coffee 1.99 also which is high among most fast food restaurants. Food was ok, senior counter person was very efficient and friendly.

Over the past two weeks I have pulled in three times trying to get a mocha frappe and I've been told their machine is still broken it seems to happen a lot you would think they would have some type of backup instead of losing the business
