Over the past two weeks I have pulled in three times trying to get a mocha frappe and I've been told their machine is still broken it seems to happen a lot you would think they would have some type of backup instead of losing the business

When someone asks for extra mustard, this is NOT what they mean. Normally you get such a small amount that you can’t find it, so ask for extra… because I like mustard… 🤷🏼♀️ but this (see photo) is a bit ridiculous, no? Also… if you’re going to serve a burger mustard soup to go… at least put napkins in the bag. I’m a mother, so I had baby wipes, but someone who did not would probably not be happy.
Also, and I can understand that this is pretty much a common problem across the board… but don’t serve cold fries. That’s like fast food 101.
And finally… the young girl who brought my food was polite and kind even when I was missing a 10piece in my bag, and when the fries were cold… she’s the reason for the high service rating.

McDonald's is bad enough I do enjoy McDonald's coffee every time I go there to get coffee there are some very odd characters working there and they mess up my order continuously I understand it's 2025 but if you want to play dress up just do that at home
