Got the Greek Chicken Salad and loved every bite. The temperature was 73° outside and 76° inside. Not sure what was happening there, but the lettuce was crisp and the chicken was cooked. Subbed an apple for the baguette. Good choice. That apple was on point. Took a few napkins at the end because you want to have a few in the car. Just in case.

My mom came here. She ordered food online and went to pick it up inside and her cold bottle of water was on top of her hot sandwich. The manager Mason was so rude and kept interrupting her while she was speaking. Then one of the little twit teenagers called her a Karen because she asked for a new sandwich. I guess the manager doesn't respect woman enough to let them speak.

The bagels are always horrible who ever is the baker needs to be re trained. Every time we complain the answer is the baker it’s a hit or miss. They look like a 2 year old made them. I loved their bagels and this sucks

You know they are lazy when the Mac and cheese is very obviously heated in the water they use to thaw the soup in the back instead of just heating it in the microwaves like it’s supposed to be done. It’s always lumpy and gross here but every other Panera it’s all creamy and delicious. Why are yall to lazy to use a microwave?

Great place. Employees are great! Unfortunately because the area the guests behind us in line were extremely rude and even cut in front of us when we waited for them to refill the coffe so we could get ours but the employee working didn't let that stop her from giving them wonderful service as well. Keep up the good work and don't let the rudeness of people get to you!
