Cannot rate atmosphere. Delivery service was excellent! Driver called me when she didn’t get a response to the doorbell or knock on the door; I was babysitting my two little grandchildren and did not hear either of them. But between my watch and my phone in my pocket I did hear the call. Thank you, you really helped to make our evening special.

Finally got to try Creno's pizza about 3 weeks ago, and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered, then went and picked it up myself. Was tasty, hot, and made the way I requested it be made. (Well done, twice baked). Will frequent again when in Baltimore,Ohio.

Ugh ! Have been long time patrons and loved their food. Needed to order delivery and was 45” to get and it was cold. GM was very rude and refused to even offer a discount or any compensation for cold food. Sadly they have lost our business and we will be going elsewhere.
After being told it would be an hour and 10 minute wait our pizzas were cold. I called to talk to someone about exchanging ours for hot pies. The manager was very rude and only wanted to argue. Very dissapointed!!!

Definitely over priced! Paid almost 20 dollars for what I thought was a large but definitely not. so disheartening on how much to pay for less but staff was great unfortunately I can't afford 20 for a little pizza so I won't be back.
