You can tell the owners are Great people, we live close but this was our first time eating there since it has changed hands. I enjoyed the food and the conversation with a retired Navy gentleman named Jerry. Support local mom and pops so they can stick around, owning a small business is challenging, I know we are small businesses owners too. I can only imagine how difficult owning a restaurant can be. I first tried their food at the Fairfield county Fair and was blown away. I stopped by their actual location to get some take away a few days later and was blown away again. Even though the fries had cooked a bit by the time I got home, they were still amazing. The flavor still held up well. Their fish and chips are amazing, good seasoning and breading, and their tartar sauce has a good sweet flavor with a bit of a kick that blends well into it. All around the food was phenomenal.

Everything is wonderful about this place. Owners love what they do and it shows
3 of us ordered our food at the same time and I got my fried shrimp and cold fries first then my friends after 15 minutes received their fried fish and chicken wings. We came together and would have like to eat together. Very small portion of the coleslaw slaw which was warm. Will never go back.and only 2 other customers there at one other table. Do better people.
