Made an online order for Delivery and spent $26.97 and was going to pay with $50 and give the driver a tip of $5-$8 which would have totaled $32-$35. Which in return I would have received $15-$18 back in change. The delivery Guy informed me that they were not allowed taking $50 bills as payment Because they carry less than $20 cash on them at all times. So instead of giving us an alternative, they took the pizza back and told us to call the store. I called the store and talked to a gentleman and I explained to him that we have had dozens of deliveries that I have paid with $50 bills that way I can give the driver a decent tip and he informed me that they do not accept $50 bills and told me I would have to replace my whole order what I don’t understand is how are you supposed to have exact change for a large order so you’re telling me that if I order $100 for pizza that I have to give the driver a $5 bills $10 bill or $20 bill To cover my order and technically that’s still over what the driver is allowed carrying. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this dominoes in one fashion or another that they are always screwing up my order, forgetting to deliver items or canceling items without notifying me and then when you call to talk to someone, they have a pretty bad attitude about the whole situation if any corporate store needs to be looked at it would be this one. It has a lot to be desired.

Ordered online on 10/25/24 and our pizza was delicious! Upon entering the store it seemed one employee in particular was working very hard on the orders. He had two long braids. Appreciate his hard work!

Staff is always friendly. Delivery drivers are quick, and if there is a mistake with the order, they take care of it right away.

They deliver, they don't deliver. Every other 2nd Tuesday. 1 driver, no driver. So I decided I'll do pick up. Ordered at 7 pm. Arrive at 745 pm only to find out my order hadden even been placed in the oven, okay fine, I'll wait. Then they proceeded to rush and under cook 3 pan pizzas and give me floppy crust. I'm sure this isn't a common thing but can we please decide if my region thats 13 minutes away is actually part of your delivery zone or not.
