This store always messes up orders, the staff here are rude and snobby and always make ordering so difficult, they are never willing to making any changes to anything on the menu that ever other dominos in the area is willing to do.

It's Chain store pizza, don't expect too much. Pizza is alright. Pasta and different finger breads are pretty tasty. Don't go near the thin pizza unless you a fan of saltine crackers with pizza on them. Not good. In Barnesville that's all there is for traditional style pizza.

I have never had to deal with such bad customer service in my life. And if you buy a rocks card from the football team don't expect to be able to use it there. They still charged me for my "free pizza" and I had to go in 4 times because they didn't have my "contact information"

Very rude to my wife plus ripped us off money. Cant speak for everyone in there but CLAYTON is lacking a good bit on the customer service side and common sense.. Refused to give me managers number. Had my wife in tears HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

I have to confess, I really don't care for the pizza at Dominos's. I think there is way better tasting pizza at other places around the Valley. That being said I do have to admit that when I am not able to go OUT for pizza and I want it delivered to me, you can't beat Domino's on- line ordering! They have got this down to a science. Such an easy process. I especially love the contactless delivery. I can order what I want. Pay for it on line and have it delivered at the time I want it. I usually order once or twice a month and I have not had a wrong or cold order yet. They always remember to pack everything and the hot items are hot and cold items are cold. They even remember the napkins, utensils, and dipping sauces. Very reliable and prompt! Hardly anyone delivers anymore so that is why I appreciate this accurate service from Domino's!

I placed my order at 7:20 for chicken and bread bites and it is now 9:30 and the food is still not delivered and when I called to check on the order they said “we’re working” then hung up the phone
I have no complaints. I get what I order everytime. Usually medium handtossed with diced tomatoes and jalapenos. Hasn't been burnt once, tastes good. Would go back again.

Just picked this up at 11am today, 9/8. It was obviously burnt, so I had to use scissors to cut the burnt bubbles off. I ordered whole extra cheese and half pepperoni. It was so overdone that the cheese was baked on, like it wasn't normal looking cheese. For some odd reason, the sauce was extremely spicy, when it usually isn't. My son is highly sensitive to spices so he couldn't even eat his half. So I paid $8 something for a medium pizza that was almost inedible. I don't understand this...if you take out the pizza and it's burnt...remake it! Just tell me when I get there that you had to remake it, I won't be mad! What I will be mad about is getting home, looking at this hot mess of a burnt pizza that we couldn't even eat. I won't be ordering again.Update - I emailed customer service about this the day it happened and I have NOT received a response yet and today is 9/28! The store themselves didn't even attempt to contact me even after this review. I really wonder if they care if their customers are unhappy and received bad food.

Currently spending the weekend in Barnesville so we decided to order domino's. We ordered online, it was very efficient and we used an online only coupon which took off half the price of our order. Pizza arrived within then half an hour of placing the order. Deliverer was nice and courteous. We made a custom pizza and it was made completely correct and delicious.
