We stopped to get cones. We were told the soft serve wasnât frozen enough to stand up in a cone. They said we could have a cone upside down in a bowl. We wanted ice cream cones not a something in a bowl that was runny. They had already taken our money before letting us know how the ice cream was. When we asked for our money back, the cashier at the window said she could not give it back to us because that is their policy. Our only option was to take a token to be used another time. I asked to speak with the manager & she said she was the lead person there at the moment. She wouldnât budge on not giving our money back. Not understanding why they would have a policy like that when they are taking money in & giving change back all day long. Very poor customer service

It's my favorite place for ice cream. You can stop for lunch. They have a nice selection.
Kid-friendliness: There is a park right behind them. You can get ice cream and lunch then drive to the park to eat.
This place is great, walked our dog in the park and got him a pup cup, The blueberry Sunday was delicious and they even have gluten free options for my wife who is sensitive to gluten. Ohh and sugar free options. Expansive menu and a taste for everyone. Pet friendly.

Hands down the best food and the best service around! Lived in Tiffin my entire life and just tried this place for the first time last week, and letâs just say Iâve went back almost every single day since! And I sincerely mean this because it is genuinely hard to find good food AND good service in the world today. Wonât go anywhere else!
I love that this place has Great ice cream, a reasonable price, I like to go there and set outside in the back of the area away from the customers. It's just kinda relaxing to have your ice cream cone in such a nice atmosphere.
