My niece spent around $180 for a 3 tiered wedding cake. White with blue flowers. They picked it up as there's no delivery, and the top 2 levels fell off of the bottom. The plastic dowels that were used were thing plastic straws, not thick ones. There were at least 2 wooden dowels in there that barely touched the bottom cake and are probably what saved the top 2 sections. We tried to fix the mess best we could but it was not great. I'll give it to Kendra that while her structure was weak and laughable the cake and icing tasted very good. A replacement cake was made (2 tiered) and picked up (they offwr d delivery but got busy..)
Cookies are probably fine. While it isn't the worst obstacle to have on a wedding day, no one wants to start off their day with that or end their wedding without the cake they wanted and paid for. Yes a replacement was given, but I think that's expected.

Oh my gosh, the frosted sugar cookies should be outlawed, they're so good! The frosting is just the right amount of sweetness, the cookie is soft but not too crumbly. And the friendly staff helped with a specialty order that was executed perfectly. Highly recommend. Worth the drive.

Due to a miscommunication the cake I thought I had ordered for pick up today, Kendra's had on their calendar for the following week. It was for a birthday and I would have been so sad to leave empty handed (okay, honestly I would NEVER leave Kendra's empty handed - everything they make is amazing!). The owner quickly came up with a PERFECT solution and had a cake boxed up and ready for me in no time!! Crisis averted, and (after picking out a few more treats to buy) I was happily on my way. I have recommended this shop often in the past, but the level of customer service demonstrated today makes me want to shout it a little louder - THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!!
