The Handicap parking should be up towards the front entrance, not in back by the employees entrance of the restaurant. Then the benches for customers to eat at tables are way to low for a short person to eat their meals. Then the sandwiches should be like the pictures on your App and on the bulletin boards above the counter. There's no Handicap ramps up by the front door and two Handicap parking spots is not enough!!!

My order has missing items and the food quality is poor . They only fill the fry container half way for the $1.98 price i will go next door to mcdonalds. Food was , cold and tasted old . Was in a hurry tan through drive through they didn't give me all my food. I didn't have time to go back after driving 25 min away and realizing We got 1 packet of sauce we aske for to split between 3 sandwiches and they were mad we asked for a water.

we had a bad experience this evening at kings inn Cincinnati Mason suites and this arby seen we was exhausted and looked defeats they were do generous to all u of us.

The staff seemed friendly enough, but the food was absolute garbage. The food here used to be hot and decent, now, a chicken sandwich tastes like it has sat 2 hours past its hold time, and was so nasty the dog wouldn’t even eat it! Do better Arby’s. Doesn’t matter to me if you do or not, because for your prices, I’ll just go local and get something that actually tastes good and not some old disgusting Arby sandwich. Avoid this place.

The restaurant itself is good along with the food but every time I DoorDash from this location all I ask for is Arby's sauce and I end up getting 1 or 2 Arby's sauce packets with 5 extra Horsey Sauce packets. Wish I could just get what I ordered. I usually DoorDash around 11am-1pm and end up feeling disappointed because I get packets of sauce that will go to waste because I don't eat or particularly like Horsey Sauce.

Had been a customer here for years and hadn't seen a reason to change til now. Walked in for lunch and was greeted with a rude request to throw away my lunch when I finished in a very descripted manner. IN FRONT OF OTHERS. I try making it a point to, but if I forgot on an occasion, this isn't what I should get on my next visit.. TOTALLY EMBARRASSING! Won't be back. Seeing your generic response, I don't have confidence that my issue will be addressed.
