Fast & friendly service. Food was delicious. First time in the new restaurant and it did not disappoint. Great place to gather with family and friends. Will be trying the pizza on my next visit. Love the TVs, bar area and outdoor seating!! Definitely an asset to the community!

Tried bean and brew for the first time today! Had their mega mozz sticks 10/10, cheese pull was on point, very fresh and juicy. We also enjoyed a meat lovers pizza, which was also 10/10. I even ate the crust, which I never do. The service was fast, and friendly from the waitresses to the cooks! Definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Came in for dinner. Overall, everything was very average. the spicy cheese curds were actually very good. We both got the kick'n chicken sandwich, it was supposed to be spicy but neither sandwiches had any amount of spice to them. Just a very basic chicken sandwich. They charge $3 for a can of pop (not fountain) which seems very outlandish to me, as a 12 pack of pop is $9.99 in store. Fries were good and the server was very very nice.

Came in for dinner, had pretty high expectations for the glowing reviews we've read. Overall, everything was very average. the spicy cheese curds were actually very good. We both got the kick'n chicken sandwich, it was supposed to be spicy but neither sandwiches had any amount of spice to them. Just a very basic chicken sandwich, it wasn't bad necessarily just not what was advertised. They charge $3 for a *can* of pop which seems very outlandish to me, as a 12 pack of pop is $9.99 in store. they did not have fountain drinks or anything besides cans of pop or water. Fries were alright and the server was very very nice. Just a very average meal for what we paid.

I got an egg and cheese bagel and the bagel was basically burnt which made the sandwich taste not good. I went to the counter to let them know but no one was there and after waiting for a bit, I ended up leaving the cafe.

The ladies were so super nice! I identified my Chihuahua as a service dog, but kind of meandered my way there, and they stated the restaurant policy, but were super kind and respectful... They have this mango habanero jam that made my whole day better... The dirty chai I had was so smooth and the spices so perfect. They managed to truly elevate what would have been a very bland order.

First time trying Bean and Brew, and I’m so glad we did! Stopped by on a Sunday morning for coffee and breakfast, and both were incredible. The coffee was amazing—rich and perfectly brewed. We tried the breakfast quesadilla along with waffles and French toast sticks, and each item complemented the other beautifully. Nestled in the heart of downtown Batavia, Bean and Brew has a comfy, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay a while. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend!

My first time. I live in the area & I thought today I would support a local coffee place. I saw all the good reviews. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed. Came in, no good morning or welcome! I ordered a pick up order. There was no direction for me to go. I am simply just picking up. The two ladies behind the counter looked unapproachable & didn't look happy to be there. They didn't even advise whether you are ordering or picking up or that sort. I've been waiting in line & thought ....my food is going to be cold already. Finally...it was my turn. I stated I am just picking up. Don't you know...my order was right there, waiting, getting cold. When I got my order....it was all wrong! I didn't call about it. I was already annoyed. When you show up to a business with employees that look unhappy & negative. It is contagious. It is hard to support local business with poor customer service. Respectfully, customer.
The vibe is definitely a restaurant not a coffee shop. Staff could be a lot friendlier for sure. I went to study and they don’t have WiFi. Food and coffee are delicious but not what I was looking for.

I've been to Bean & Brew 3 times.
The positive - the #1 best thing about this place is its beautiful, relaxing outdoor patio and a cozy indoor space to enjoy your beverage. They have an excellent selection of coffee flavors and drink options - all the coffee I've had is great. Great beer options served, too. We came on Labor Day weekend with an out of town guest and all of us raved about the breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and scenery.
The negative- Prices for small size drinks are a bit high for the quantity. I also assumed they would have it's own wifi network for its guests to use. When asked about it, the baristia said we only have the free Spectrum wifi, and it "will only allow an hour". We tried on 2 different laptops and could not connect to the internet. Since we work remotely and live nearby, we were looking forward to getting coffee and working from there multiple times a month - sadly this isn't possible. I would highly encourage Bean & Brew to change this - as they seem to be lacking what I'd call a basic requirement for a coffee shop. I could see many people working or studying there if wifi was available and reliable (they've got plenty of seating!).
That said, I'll keep visiting Bean & Brew on occasion for the coffee & scenery, but won't bother trying to working from there unless things change.

Have always enjoyed bean & brew but this last Sunday was a bit of a disappointment, stopped in for breakfast and we always know it can run a bit slower here, and were fine with that because of the great food and coffee, but was immediately cut off when ordering food to be told “ there’s a 40 min wait on food Yanno” by the front counter girl, and Then we actually got our food quick but the eggs were cold, no offers of napkins or silverware, and no salt or pepper and couldn’t find anyone to get any.
Still love the place but the attitude could be better!
