Bean & Brew is one of my favorite spots for both lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the food is excellent, and the staff is genuinely friendly.
Yesterday I called ahead with a big request to order food for a group of 13 nurses, including 9 visiting from Chiba University in Japan. Hannah took my order and made sure everything went smoothly. When we arrived, the food was ready and set up buffet style so the students could try a little bit of everything. They were able to sample new dishes and had such a great experience.
The service and food were fantastic. Thank you to Hannah and the whole Bean & Brew team for making the day so easy and enjoyable.

Coffee tasted burnt, my wife ordered her coffee hot and got an iced, sandwich was mediocre, hash browns were good, fruit was good, servers were nice and polite. Not too expensive but all and all we tried it and probably not going back.

The coffee shop at bean is brew is amazing with amazing baristas, no complaints about them whatsoever so ever. But can we talk about how the food building workers don’t check on their customers. Sit in a corner on their phone. THEY MAKE THEIR FOOD WITH NO GLOVES ON!? Terrible and rude unbelievable service.

Stopped in because we heard the coffee was great….sadly, it is made in the adjoining building seperate from the eating area….we ordered a cappuccino 20oz as listed on the menu and a mocha latte extra shot of expresso. Our food arrived before hand delicious hash-browns were the best thing, .

The only good thing about this place is the location. The service makes it SO hard to enjoy it here. I’ve been to this restaurant many times because I went to a nearby school. Ever since the expansion the service is awful. I have tried to go twice within the last month and was IGNORED and quite frankly DENIED service. The first we were told that the kitchen wasn’t open but we could get coffee only for BOTH the girls to walk away before we could order. This time we went to dine in during kitchen hours, sat down and was entirely ignored by staff, who chose to sit on their phone. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be coming back.
