I’m not a regular. I really don’t understand the mania of coffee shop drive-thrus. It seems like an unhealthy imbalance of blended drink obsession and lack of physical movement- at all hours of the day. But this location is close to work, and when I get struck with a craving every couple of months for something fruity but not heavy, this is typically the answer. Just about everything else on the hill that would come close to satisfying the craving would be loaded with a lot of extra junk and whipped cream. Yes, I wish the price was a little lower. But I still end up going back, so it must be within range that I accept it. Although I might be a regular if it were a little cheaper. I can’t speak for the food, but every drink has been as bright and cheerful as the crew handing it to me.

This is totally the move over Starbucks. It's refreshing that a coffee shop can actually get a cup of coffee from order to in your hands in under 5 minutes. If you're tired of waiting 30 minutes at Starbucks for a cup of coffee I highly recommend giving Biggby a try!

Today I was indecisive although I knew I wanted some spice due to feeling under the weather. Alley I believe was very kind and took the time to make something up for me I completely trusted her. She had a cinnamon tea latte with chai and honey added was amazing and I'm thankful for kindness. It goes a long way. I called and spoke with manager and was very happy

I looove this location ! I had to find out the hard way that not all Biggby's are created equal, especially in the later hours of the day where quality usually slips. The drinks are always perfect here and they actually look like what's on the menu. Also everyone there is really nice and seems to be happy at their job so I'm sure that definitely helps.

I like all Biggby Coffee's...but respectfully, the Batavia location is the absolute best. I was a loyal Dunkin drinker for years but ended up switching to Biggby just based on this location alone. And then shortly after the rest of my family converted from their preferred brands / shops. It's all about customer service & attitude. I've been a daily regular here now for over a year but honestly, bias aside, this place just operates different. I'm always greeted with enthusiasm, the wait time is always swift if there is any & then most importantly, the product. I'm telling you, there is no better Biggby location than this one. I've found out the hard way several times at this point lol. Everyone there just really cares & takes pride in what they're doing. And they do it consistently.

This location is great in the morning or during the day. In the evening not so much. Its always someone different working and I don't think they know how to make everything, im not sure though. This evening I ordered mocha sweet foam cold brew and got an iced coffee with cold foam and no flavor or anything. Has happened multiple times with different orders now.
Went to Bigby and got a 24 ounce hot mocha mocha. Very friendly and conversating people. Hot drink tasted amazing and will definitely be going back!

For the second time now I’ve gotten home to discover the food they gave me is frozen. I tried to call and speak to them but they can’t even answer the phone. Drive the extra few miles to eastgate Bigby if you want a warm meal.

I go here to this location near daily! The people are always kind and genuine. I order my go to 24oz iced Breve Latte with no flavor (yes I’m weird) I love the taste of their coffee and don’t need any extra flavors but everyone in my house loves BIGGBY! They have a rewards app every 12th drink is free. Highly recommend!
