I don't appreciate being told "oh well, we made a 24 oz" when I ordered a 20 oz. drink. The appropriate response would have been to either remake it or only charge me for the 20 oz I ordered.

I come here a few times a week and have loved it since it opened but today I was very surprised. There was a line down the road this morning and I waited for less than 8 minutes!! I expected to be there for at least 20. I go out of my way to come here and I wish I could remember everyone’s names because they are all so nice. They really are a highlight to my morning!!!!
Kid-friendliness: My oldest daughter gets a scuba with no energy shot and my youngest daughter gets a strawberry magic milk with donut holes.

Latte was barely warm. And blueberry muffin only had 3 berries in the whole thing. Didn't even finish either one. Google is wrong and you can't dine in. Also, no bathroom. Been to other Biggby Coffee places that were way better.
