The place needs a good cleaning. Bathroom garbage was overflowing, beverage area had paper goods everywhere and needed washed, service was slow, and they needed more help. Coke was out of syrup.

By far THE WORST Burger King in the history of Burger Kingdom. Last 3 orders in a row were wrong. Took the last one back and they said they couldn’t replace the fries, but had to wait on the burger they messed up. Generally most restaurants say they can’t take the food back through the drive thru windows for health and safety reasons but once we said we didn’t want cold fries with a new burger, they took the bag back through the drive thru
Everone looked sick and tired they last two time we went they had crackheads working.
We tried to support neighborhood business , we are done.

Burger tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill, tasted burnt, onion rings either so overcooked they were dried out or they were yesterday's and precooked. Disgusting! The price we pay for this, it's ridiculous to receive such poor food. Took 1 bite and walked inside the BK and threw it away.

I get the same thing everyday, everyday it's messed up. Every single time unless Jessica makes it.
Everytime I go there its either made wrong or forgot to put a burger in the bag.

As much as things cost this day and age you would expect a company to be able to get it right at least after the second time if you have to go through the drive-thru for my Burger King yet again three times you went through the drive-thru before we finally asked for our money back they had three tries to get it right in 2 hours second worst Burger King ever that I have ever experienced attempting to eat at not only that but I felt like they kept us there until every other restaurant was closed how to come it takes over an hour to do some fries and some cheese fries. Not to mention it was on Christmas Eve and that's all my daughter asked for for dinner cuz the onion rings there are her favorite they totally botched my child's Christmas Eve dinner requests
