Went thru drive thru 830 pm Onion rings so old they crumbled in your hand got bacon cheesy bites and the jalapeno one the insides were dry they were so old the burgers were cold onions were old AAAAND icing on cake my chicken only had top half of bun

Ordered a happy meal with a cookie, got home and there was no cookie. Ordered a double cheese burger and have-sies, onion rings and fries tasted undercooked and the cheese burger just sucked. Not many options in Batavia, and they are all terrible.

I was looking for a quick bite, about 7:45 one evening and saw all the lights on at this Burger King. Pulled into the parking lot and saw employees inside. I drove up to the lighted menu and waited, and waited. The employees could see my car and 3 others in line, but no one would ask for our order, or tell us to go away. I guarantee the manager had left and the lazy jerks didn't feel like working.

Bought a junior whopper. when I unwrapped it to my surprise, it was barely bigger than a crystal burger. What has happened to this world that they expect to pay so much for a meal but give us such a little meal. Sad and pitiful.

The worst customer service ever!!! So we went to burger king in batavia to the drive through and ordered a whopper with cheese ,onion rings with a fruit punch. Then a double whopper with cheese, fries and coke. We go to eat our food and the whoppers were slopped together no cheese and the fries cold, onion rings very under cooked. So I call burger king not only did they keep hanging up on me but also acted as if I was pranking them ??? I simply asked for a manager or supervisor and still they kept picking up the phone and hanging it right back up again. Needless to say they all refused to take my call or to remake my food. Then I tried one last time to reach someone and they blocked my number. This is by far the worst I've ever been treated by anyone ever. Eating is expensive these days and cost alot more when you eat out so I wanted cooked hot food. I visit this burger king so much I wont be returning to this location no respect for customers, making active threats about having my phone number, so rude to me and my fiance. I will be reaching out to corporate as well as the regional manager. This is unacceptable and I will make sure that all of them be spoken to by there managers.

Disgusting and dirty. Employees are rude and look unclean. Noticed an employee eating where food is prepared and then made my sandwich. I tossed it in the trash and decided I’d never be back. How is this place even open and not shut down by the health department?

Food was phenomenal, perfectly cooked each time ive gone. Ive subtracted stars as if you gotta go to BK then youre going to use the restroom. Their men's restroom is beyond disgusting with piss on the floor, dirty everything and just overall smells disgusting. Would advise a different place if you have to use the restroom, other than that the food is always good
