The products are good. But I’ve visited this place three times. The first time, a very friendly woman helped me, but the other two times another woman assisted me with very poor customer service. I walked in to order different pastries, and she asked me how many I wanted so she could get a box ready. I told her I wasn’t sure. She looked up and repeated, “I have boxes of 6, 8, or 12. I need to know how many you’ll take,” saying it as if she were scolding me. Then I pointed to the product and gave her a description, and she told me its name, asking if that was the one I wanted. I replied that I didn’t know the names, since nothing is labeled in the display case—I was just pointing them out. She answered dismissively, saying things like “this one is called such-and-such.” At the register, I made it clear that it wasn’t my intention to bother her, that I only wanted an assortment of pastries, and that I didn’t know their names. She kept her dismissive tone but said, “Alright.” I don’t know the woman’s name, but if she reads this, she’ll know who she is because she had already treated the customers before me the same way, and then it happened to me as well. If you’re having a bad day, try not to take it out on customers who only want to enjoy something from this delicious bakery.

EDIT: I went into buskins around 330 today and the lady working was very rude. She was a younger lady than what i had delt with before. She seemed annoyed that i was there. I asked her a couple of questions because i was looking for a particular product. I asked if thwy had individual wrapped cookies she said no when thwre were clearly some on the donut counter after i glanced around a few seconds. I asked for a dozen of donuts not realizing they were have a sale. She also seemed annoyed about that. Just long story short. She wasn't a very friendly person.
Ist review Went for the 1st time yesterday and met the most kind hearted lady told her how my daughter thought her bday was this weekend so I was looking for a cake. I picked up a few extra items as well. They were very patient with me and gave me am extra treat for the road. I will be back.

This has been my favorite bakery since I was a little girl. They truly have the best donuts in the world. I highly recommend this place if you like donuts you will LOVE BUSKEN BAKERY!

This was my first time visiting this branch of Busken Bakery. Connie was so helpful as I was picking up a few items for gifts on my way out of town. The glazed twist donut was delicious!

I stopped in to get donuts for my grandkids did not see donuts but did notice the huge pieces of vanilla cake which I got two pieces to take to their house I also got a cheesecake pastry
