I absolutely love Chipotle, but this location is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The management is awful, always have bad attitudes and they’re constantly either out of ingredients or not fresh. A couple of the staff are typically friendly, although they look like they hate their job..I’m sure I would too if that was my management team though. Chipotle needs to do better

RESTAURANT NEEDS LOOKED INTO. Nasty attitude from management!! 10 people standing there doing nothing. Big back manager named Nichole freaked out on me when I came to pick up an uber eats order, and someone had already picked it up. Handled my situation poorly, and told me that’s not her job to confirm order pickups. UM YES IT IS. Any restaurant is responsible for packaging and handing off ‘digital’ orders. Could’ve been a lot nicer to me about everything, I’m not shocked that’s who ‘runs things’ at this location.

Honestly awful. Waited almost 10 minutes to be served at the counter, no one in sight. They were out of probably 4 or 5 out of 10 ingredients. Ever table and seat in the place dirt or covered in trash. Time to improve or close this one- terrible reflection on the brand and the company overall It's not the first time it's been like this and I'm not the first to notice- time for a new franchise or manager. This is a good location with great traffic and a committed if frustrated customer base who deserve way better. Let me know when you fix this and I'll be happy to come back and give you a better review but I won't be back until then.

If you ever go somewhere and can feel the tension when you walk in, this is exactly how this chipotle functions on a daily basis.
Unfriendly, slow, and unkempt are a few ways I’d describe this establishment overall. 26 minutes for 10 people to get through line.
7 employees, 1 on The line, 1 cashier, 2 doing mobile, 3 wondering around. No manager giving direction or making attempts to have this operate smoothly.

This is without a doubt THE WORST CHIPOTLE I have ever been in, tonight was STRIKE 3. Three for three visits and they have been out of multiple ingredients. The tubs they do have are normally close to empty so the portion is ridiculous for what you’re being charges. The place has always been a mess too. Would not recommend anyone eat there.

Tried to order at 2:25 on 10/1/2025, five people WORKING (?) behind counter, one (1) customer being served (The ONLY CUSTOMER IN RESTAURANT), the rest of employees standing and talking to each other. I stood at counter 9 minutes, called to a girl for assistance and got NO response, I therefore simply left because I couldn't order. Worst customer service around. Probably taking chipotle off my fast food list, for sure BATAVIA 'S LOCATION. Terrible service, AVOID this location.
Hello there, I first and foremost want to say that I am a chipotle lover. I have loved this chain for years! However, this location has disappointed me everytime I have been there. Friendly people but I have never seen such small portions. I respect that inflation has caused the price of food to go up, but provide me with a full meal and charge me more than! The burritos are half the size they used to be. It is barely the size of a taco and not a meal. Please reconsider your portion sizes. Thank you!
