Let me start by saying that the young lady that assisted us was amazing which is why I gave five stars for service and the food itself was good. Where the issue came in was that there were at least six other people walking around not helping this one young girl who is clearly upset apparently Greg, who was supposed to be restocking the front line was busy doing other things. How do I know this because the girls were talking about Greg was supposed to have got sour cream three hours ago from the freezer and he did not on top of that. We watched the Manager sit there and talk with her family. I’m assuming husband and kids get up go make them food from the back and then go back and sit down while there is a line of people and only one girl working the front line Now we were told that there was no sour cream and no corn and they were running out of tomatoes, why is that? It’s because Greg was clearly not doing what he was asked to do and the manager was busy sitting. I don’t know if she was on lunch. I don’t know if she was on break, but there is nothing more frustrating for the employee and the customers as a matter of fact, a lady in front of me asked the young lady if that was the manager over there sitting down, so I would not be surprised if not another complaint. I normally don’t do these, but it was incredibly disturbing to watch one person working while others are walking around doing nothing laughing and having a good old time snapping bags yeah and this is a Saturday night so you can guess there were other people in there that saw the whole thing as well. My son even spoke very loudly asking where in the hell the other six people ran off to because they were clearly not doing anything.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle location in the tri-state. Chips are always stale, meat is always dry and hard, rice is always crunchy. The portion sizes are almost never correct. We have never had a pleasant experience and management does not seem to care.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. They skimp a bit on rice, and the chicken was really dark and looked Iike beef but it wasn't.
So I went in the guy that was making my chicken bowl literally wanted to almost count the pieces of chicken He was putting in my bowl chipotle is so friggin cheap i would rather pay more money and get a good amount of chicken then to have a big bowl of rice with 8 to 10 pieces of chicken to it this restaurant is so CHEAP then when I get home, I begin to eat my bowl and I find a leaf inside of my bowl in the rice I Am Blown Away. I tried to contact customer service. They set it up to where it doesn't go to a human being. My girlfriend did an online pick up order and got there after it said it should be ready it was not and they weren’t busy then was rushing to make it. the food was cold and didn’t have but two little slivers of peppers, was missing sour cream, and a tortilla in the Kaden bowl and then hers had nearly nothing in it. She tried to just ignore it and eat them and found a long blond hair in mine and went back. then the manager said he made it and stated he doesn’t have blond hair which there was two girls with blond hair working and people making the food can get hair in there not just the people putting it together. then he even pointes out there was another blonde hair in my girlfriends food so he remade them. we got them remade and went home and started to eat and looked to make sure there was nothing else and while eating it, we ended up finding a small black hair in it highly disappointed

This is by far the worst chipotle I deal with. They usually charge me for queso without adding it. They NEVER have the order ready on time, and almost every time in the evening I have to bang on the window only to be ignored and walk inside and then treated so rude. Eastgate and every other chipotle smokes this one. Management DO BETTER

Online ordering is a joke. Every time I do an online order, I regret not going in and go through the line. The time frames need to change. If you can’t make it in 20 minutes, tell me ahead of time. Don’t say it will be ready by 9 and have me sit there 20+ minutes. It doesn’t matter what store I go to, it’s the same result. Don’t do online ordering, just go through the line

Ordered delivery, I spent almost $40 and I was missing side of vinaigrette and fajita veggies for my quesadilla and both bags of chips I ordered are all burnt to where it tastes like it as well as the chicken in the quesadilla was burnt as well.
