We have been going there for years in the last 6 months or so the service has got really slow ice cream not mixed correctly and less of the stuff mixed with the blizzards has gotten less every once in awhile you get a friendly person to take order we won't be going there as much if at all dq doesn't seem like they care.

The young lady who took our order was amazing 👏... my complaint is my food ... I ordered a 6 piece chicken basket a 3 piece chicken basket and a 4 piece chicken basket... in my 3 piece basket no bread 😢 hardly any fries 😢 and 3 small and i mean very tiny chicken tenders ... im over being done like this 😒 DQ I love the food but goodness

after several attempts to go this location i can say if you go here they will mess up your order. somehow... someway. i ordered a shake the other day and they asked if i wanted it dipped. they do not listen at all. they had to refund me my money. they tried to short my money as well. they tried to keep exactly 5 bucks. do not go here. they suck in everyway. find a different dq like the one on 125

Very quiet establishment, other than that the food i received was fairly cold one time which is why I subtracted a star but other than that ive had 0 issues and the staff is always ready to help with anything you need

Would give 0 stars if I could. Asked for the mixed Mashup blizzard. Told them it was the chocolate batter with cookie dough. They snapped at me and said they didn't serve chocolate icecream. Yea, no shit. I know it's vanilla based bc you guys do a poor job mixing the blizzards. Gave me something completely different. Expensive icecream for a cheap service

Only complaints.. no ice at all in my Diet Coke, and no napkins. I always keep napkins or wipes in my car in case the fast food places dont give me any. Dairy Queen almost ALWAYS gives napkins. Thinking maybe they have a New Employee 🤷. Some of the other FF places Never put napkins in the bag. Use your head kids.. if someone is eating in their car.. THEY NEED NAPKINS.. Please.

Stopped in about 3pm today, waited in line. Kid working cash register couldn't get customers order completed having trouble, other waitress standing nearby, not helping or taking orders, looking off into space. Manager or asst. Mgr. Walked up and was making a sarcastic comment to first kid, also not doing anything to take other customers orders. Waste of time. Crappy service. Left without getting anything.
