Little upset pizzas don't come with garlic sauce anymore... they want to charge it. I ordered using the app while in the p as rking lot, and it took about 40 minutes before the pizza was ready... there were 6 people in the store, so i assume they were super busy. The pizzas were great tasting and fresh... it just took a long, long time.

Had the chicken Alfredo pasta bowl. Flavor was good but serving size very small for $8.49. Also had a build your own pasta bowl Italian red sauce, beef that tasted like they used Italian pizza sausage in place of beef. Serving size very small for $8.49.

Tried ordering online using the free upgrade to large from medium two topping of 6.99 each if you bought two or more coupon. First off I called the Batavia Dominos store and informed the manager that the app was still just leaving both of the pizzas as medium by the time I went to check out. And asked The manager for help and what to do to upgrade one to a large like the coupon said but the manager was no help at all trying to place this order. He said he has no control over the app which I understand. So I tried asking again what do I do. Well I ended up trying to call a different dominos 15 minutes away to order and got the same deal as stated for the coupon and was being charged less than what the app was saying for the same exact order as I was trying to place online. Dominos you need to get it fixed. And have better customer service at Batavia Dominos.
Honestly this place is terrible i worked here for three weeks and the managment staff is very rude and dirty. They don't follow a strict cleaning schedule or code and they are very cady. They openly belittle teenagers, almost NEVER mop the floors and have a whole reason as to why they don't ever need to clean a pizza rack. I have worked in the food industry for over a decade and this is without a doubt the dirtiest and grungiest place i have worked at. I quit voluntarily the management was so bad.
