We really enjoy this community based restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff, clean restrooms and great food! I always enjoy the big boy with extra tartar sauce or the cod sandwich. The vegetable soup is almost as good as my grandma's but please don't tell her!

I went there today me and my wife a date we don't go out often. I ordered chicken tenders they didn't tell me they were out. Instead they cut a chicken breast in 3 small pieces and they fried it up. I complained twice first wasn't what I ordered. She shrugged. Then told cashier I wasn't happy with it.she said we are out of tenders manager said to do it that way. I was hungry tried to eat chicken it was dry and tasted like pickles and i hate pickles. Then i still had to pay for a meal that was not ate fries were cold. Only thing i liked was vanilla coke.I will never eat here again. They don't care if they feed you crap.

Sad service i loved going here to grab my cheat day food and i have to say has went down hill last 4 times ive been in there . Ive given chance after chance came right back after going theu the hassle of getting back on 32 heading home turned around came back, just wanted it made correctly how i ordered went thru drive thru got an attitude . I understand time on drive thru but if it was made correctly i wouldnt have had to come back. So sorry i would of had no problem pulling up and coming in but that was the whole point of going thru drive thru to begin with and coming right back instead of calling and "credit" next time. No thanks i wanted my correct food last night. Fries were old and soggy thrown n bag, mold on my bun , burgers not fully cooked $50 on dinner for this. Please just correct it and ill go on. I wouldnt of even had to send this rwview . But enough crappy customer service thats ur job and i wasnt rude or disrespectful and i was treated horrible! I come in every tuesday after leaving shift at hospital and prder almost same exact thing but take the time to make it correct. Please step ur attention to my food and treat it as ur own meal . Sad hope u rectify this and stop slacking. No excuses , unacceptable! Asked to speak to manager and all i heard was they didnt want to deal woth it told bigger lady to handle it i walked out . Never got refund never got my correct fully cooked food. Just highly sick to my stomach. Will be contacting corporate with video from employees attitude and horrible food poisoning they tried to feed me and my family !!!

Drive thru order. Always hot and fresh. Delicious fried chicken sandwich, ham and cheese, and breakfast of course.
Parking: You turn in by White Castle and the old BP Station. It’s an odd entry, but keep going past White Castle until you see the entrance on the left.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped spaces available in front.

Frisch's Big Boy is a classic gem that never fails to deliver an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a staff that's always friendly and attentive. The menu offers a delightful mix of comfort food and classic American favorites, making it the perfect spot for any meal.
The Big Boy burger is an absolute must-try. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, it's a testament to why this place has been a beloved staple for so many years. Pair it with their crispy, golden fries and you've got a meal that's both satisfying and indulgent.
One of the standout features is their incredible breakfast bar. With a wide array of fresh, delicious options, it's the ideal way to start your day. The pancakes are fluffy, the eggs are cooked to perfection, and the bacon is crispy – everything you'd want in a hearty breakfast.
But it's not just about the food. The nostalgic décor and the sense of community make Frisch's Big Boy a truly special place. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're made to feel right at home. I can't recommend this place enough. Five stars, without a doubt!

Just left the drive through and just had to brag on Jessica! She was such a sweetheart and took care of us. She made sure we had any sauces we wanted, took care of us and our food is so fresh. But it was great to have such a pleasant person for our first experience at the restaurant! Haven't even touched the food yet but it smells amazing and just had to brag on this sweet lady
In a world switching drive-thru orders to A.I.- PLEASE DON’T - Jessica took my order this evening and she was amazing! Spoke clearly and kind, patient with my questions, informative on menu items not listed on the screen, and she just went above and beyond. Put me in such a good mood before receiving my meal I think it made the food taste even better! Fresh fries, fresh chicken - Big Boy sandwiches were slappin’ as per usual - keep doing what you’re doing more people appreciate it more than you know! Thanks, team!

Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!! This place needs to be seriously shut down and reevaluated! The salad bars lettuce was old and brown, the tomatoes soggy, the dinner bar was crispy and old and stunk so bad. The fruit bar the bananas looked black and brown from being out and old. The people that worked here looked greasy and poorly maintenanced. I left. I took my kids and I got up out of there! Never going back! Please save your coins and go to eastgate or somewhere closer or to another restaurant because this one isn’t it!
Against my better judgement, I decided to give Frisch's one last chance to get my order right. Not only did they not make the order correctly, they didn't give me all of the food that I had ordered. Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened in recent months. It's not even the second or third time this has happened. Oh, and don't try returning the food to have it made correctly, because you will be met with an attitude. Some of your patrons have dietary restrictions and the total lack of attention to detail could seriously result in a hospital visit. When a patron says, "No lettuce"... DON'T PUT LETTUCE ON THE SANDWICH! When a patron says, "No cheese"... DON'T PUT CHEESE ON THE SANDWICH and when you take someone's money, MAKE SURE THEY GET ALL ITEMS OF THEIR ORDER.
