Good food, just ruined my lunch though. Put a pickle on top of my sandwich, it contaminated the whole sandwich. Stop putting nasty stinky things in with my food please. They did it again, ordered no pickle, and here I am trying to eat my sandwich with a soggy a$$ top layer of bread that smells and tastes like a pickle 🤮,

My wife and daughter went to go pick up an online order. They arrived a little early and the order was not ready, which is fine. When my wife asked if the order was ready, the person at the window got very rude. As my wife is waiting for the order to be prepared the workers were inside making jokes someone who orders a Coney crate. Joking about how fat they must be. Then the workers were joking about doing stuff to the food to mess with it. A worker at the window was shushing everybody telling them to be quiet because the online order person is still at the window. As my wife is sitting in the Drive-Thru she called me and told me about this. I then called down to speak to the manager who was Christine or Christina. I explained to her that my wife and daughter were listening to what the workers were saying and how they're making jokes and talking about doing stuff to the food. She got rude and denied everything stating that nothing was ever said. I told her this was ridiculous and I'm going to take this above her head and she said good I hope you do. After reading reviews from the past several months at this location, this doesn't surprise me at all. Clearly there is a management problem that needs to be addressed and still has not been addressed. This location has forever lost a customer. We will definitely be warning friends and family to stay away.

This was consistently the worst Gold Star location I ate at before I stopped going here. Fries are undercooked regularly, staff is rude, dining room closes early and you can't get fast service in the drive-thru. Save a headache, eat somewhere else.

Not enough chili. I got a child's 3 way and a chili cheese sandwich. The coney was a cheese sandwich, and the 3 way was a plate of pasta with cheese and very little chili. For the price, they could put enough chili so you can see and taste it. Not impressed

Manager will call you a liar if your food is made incorrectly and blame it on you. Even with proof that you ordered it right. Had to go back and forth for 10 minutes and be told “well on my end it was made right” even after showing them how you made the order. Won’t be back. Go to Amelia instead.
