Veterans Day 2024 Went thru the Batavia Ohio Winemiller Lane location in Batavia Oh. Saw the Veteran in front of me in drive thru, with Armed forces license plates treated with total disrespect from manager thru drive thru window girl. Denied his Vet status when Fox 19 news with a Gold Star rep clearly said bring any paperwork or photo of yourself in uniform and your status would be honored. Argued with me over my status even though I had enlistment papers and promotion to Petty Officer certifcate awarded by U>S. Navy with ID to prove it was me . I hope this was just a bad apple manager and they will handle it accordingly. I will not return to this store.

Went through the drive through and after a few attempts of trying to understand the worker through the broken speaker I had to pull to the window to complete my order. Took 3 more attempts at the window to get my order properly taken. When I finally got my food the window girl gave me the nastiest look like I had the audacity to actually make sure I got my order right. I pull up, stop, check my bag and who would have guessed, order was missing cheese for my son’s fries which I specifically told the worker 3 times. Going down hill fast probably the last time we stop there.
20 minute wait and 9$ for this? 9 pieces of lettuce and hard over cooked? Old maybe? Chicken.

Food is amazing but when they get your order wrong they refuse to make it the lady says we are not allowed to remake it you already walked out the door with it um ok but I haven't left your property either and they won't give you refunds either if you do online order and they forget an item other than those issues food is good

Ordered 2 cheese coneys and an ice tea at the drive through . Took forever to get my food. When I got my tea it didn't have enough ice in it and I had to ask for a cup full. Plus, when I opened my cheese coneys I saw that the cheese hadn't melted down any ....the cheese was very cold. Couldn't eat them until I got home and microwaved them....and by then I had to use some new hot dog buns. Disappointing. The only plus was an excellent employee at the window. But I won't make it a point to visit this location for a good long time.

I had a terrible experience at the Gold Star Chili in Batavia. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes at 10:30 AM without any response. Frustrated, I parked my car and walked up to check their hours, confirming they were supposed to be open at 10:00 AM. However, the doors were locked.
A lady with red hair yelled aggressively through the locked door, asking if she could help me. I told her I was trying to order food. She rudely replied that she had just arrived. I pointed out that their sign stated they opened at 10:00 AM, to which she dismissively said she was only half an hour late one time out of the week.
Her lack of apology and suggestion to wait another half hour was unacceptable. This kind of unprofessional behavior and poor customer service is clearly a common occurrence at this location. You've lost my business!

I eat at goldstar a lot. I eat at this location 2 maybe 3 times a week because of how close it is. I eat there on Tuesday got the same thing. Was charged the regular price. Tonight I was charge almost double. I get a 3way juice. For 8.69 they called it Tonight sloppy. Ok that's fine it says for sloppy 0.00 then I was charged for a side of chili for a 1.99. I didn't even receive a side of chili. They sad they have always changed that. Not true but ok... plus I ordered 3 hot dogs. Just hot dogs. They are normally 0.98 or .99 depending on the location. The server tried to charged me 4.77 for 3 hot dogs. We did get that straighten out. We're they charged me .99 for each one. But they still charged the 1.99 for something I did not ordered or received. That is wrong and not right. I will go to the one up in Mt. Orb or eastgate from now on. Plus i will let everyone around me to know not to go to this location. That they will be better off at another restaurant. Because I was scammed at this location or they are hiking price out of no were to line there pockets at nights now.
