We are regular customers who order at least a couple times a month. Tonight we waited 2 hours for delivery (not the first time) and when I called was given nothing but disrespect from Josh the manager. He was completely rude and disrespectful when I suggested they provide delivery estimates or turn down delivery orders when the volume exceeds the amount of drivers. We will not be ordering delivery again and possibly taking our business elsewhere as the food is generally average at best.

I go here all the time love there pizza and sandwiches but the other day I got 2 party pepperoni pizza for a party got to the party and neither had hardly any pizza sauce on them no one would eat them I was so disappointed I called and told them all said was they were sorry that’s all I got after paying &60 dollars 🤨 no way to keep customers

Called for a single order of garlic bread with cheese add extra cheese and the extra charge was $4 .......for extra cheese.... Okay guys. Thought yawl should know. That's really dumb guys. I can go get a LB of cheese for $4 I mean come on.

This is a local chain that many people enjoy. But in my personal humble opinion, I don’t think the food quality is that good. The pasta sauce is essentially tomato paste, very thick and not very tasteful. The pizzas were just OK.

I ordered pizza here like 2 days ago and the bottom of the pizza doe was so soggyyy it was so nasty there was some parts of the XL pizza where it wasn’t but it was HORRIBLE im not trying to be a Karen I promise you that nor do i complain but I don’t think ill be ordering from grammas anymore!

Probably the third or fourth time this company has lost my business for at least a month at a time. Literally live right across the street from here and their time changes every person that answers the phone. Called right at 9:29 for carryoutthey don't close til 10pm they said they stop taking orders at 9:30 even though it was a minute before same with the other times that I am talking about was a similar experience this company is losing so much money they have no idea.

Good chicken wings horrible pizza and I ordered my pizza an hour an a half ago, I’m literally four minutes down the street and these guys haven’t even delivered it yet. The delivery fee was like $7. Best order pickup. The pizza is bad though. Wings are good
