Very slow dine in experience. Waited so long to even place my order that I almost walked out. Note that it was in the middle of a weekday and only two other people in the dining room. Also note that the other people in the dining room weren’t checked on for at least 20 minutes by the server. Had to wait forever for the waitress to come out. Probably the worst pizza dine in experience I’ve ever had.

Very friendly staff. My wife and I got there a little after twelve on Sunday and it was just us and another table. Food was great. I had the Hawaiian calzone. So good i was stuffed when I finished!

Love this place a whole lot- they're consistent, and just a quality pizza joint that doesn't skimp on cheese and toppings (I think they use whole milk mozzarella). In Batavia/Eastgate, it's the best option for a pie that I'm aware of. They take pride in the food, and offer a higher quality pizza than you'll get from a corporate chain store. Good stuff.

The food was AMAZING! Darlene was very compassionate about my food allergies and made sure my food was handled with freshly washed utensils. My husband and I enjoyed our first time here and will most definitely be returning!

I’ll admit, I’m not the best at giving kudos for a job well done, but I usually like Grammas because they usually put an adequate amount of sauce on it. Tonight was not the case. Worst pie I’ve had in awhile and I talked my wife out of the Dominos that she likes. It was dry, curled up on the ends( hard as a rock) and appeared to be sitting around before hour before delivery. Not worth the $30 and $10 tip.
I was just delivered the most amazing food ever so hot everything was very fresh the most amazing hoagies I've ever had in my life! I am so impressed my hoagie was exactly the way I wanted it good job guys!!!
