Place is always busy. Workers are kind. They have a playplace. Prices are decent. Place is fairly clean. They no longer offer self serve beverages. My girl and my nieces love going here.

Waited in the drive-thru line for 20min+ only to be told to pull over and wait. I ordered my food on the app! I pulled over and waited only to get food that was cold. No excuse. I don't care how busy it was

the most horrible mcdonalds i have ever been to drive through is terrible always get skipped in line they dont know how to alternate side when its your turn ,dont know how to use a 2 car speaker order station . i dont care what time of day it is , morning time they need to have a better person on drive through can never get order right or like everyone you get skipped by 2 or 3 cars wish wendys opened at 5 am

Always a long wait and cold ff. I haven't been here in over a year. I had ordered a coffee drink with food thru the drive thru. I received my food, and I was asked to pull up, and someone would bring out my coffee drink. Someone had to run to the back to get cream ( totally understandable) . My coffee came out 21 mins later. I had to call inside because my baby was sleeping, and I didn't want to wake him. My kids wanted McDonald's, so i caved and returned to this McDonald's, and for cold ff and long wait. I am just done. I will say I have worked in fast food, and I am very understanding, but this McDonald's is awful . I have had long waits and cold, missing, wrong food. The coffee drink did it and I returned for a second try and cold old ff after 8 minutes waiting. There are many other food options pick one other than this McDonald's

While ordering my food the Manager wanted to argue about what i was ordering and how i was ordering it . I then pulled up to the window and she had only punched in half my order ,I told the cashier the total was wrong . And then another argument ensued with the manager being rude, loud and she was not at all nice to her employees that were in fact trying to help solve the issue at hand . She told me in a very loud voice that she was simply trying to save me money . I told her i didn't need her to save me money she wasn't my accountant and that i just want to purchased exactly what i ordered nothing more nothing less.

We were in the line for 1 HOUR they messed up my cousins order TWICE. The workers were pretty bad and the food was okay. DONT COME HERE!

I had 15 minutes in my schedule to go through the drive-through at this McDonald’s. I was unable It from the speaker to the window in that timeframe. I was unable to get my order within 15 minutes In the drive-through

I know you can afford to put hot water in your bathroom! Cold doesn't kill germs so what are you serving us! one of your employees taking a trey out to customers when the sauce falls and hits me. She looks at the floor picks it up and put it back on the trey and served it to the customer who didn't see. No sorry she hit me and nasty floor sauces are served here!
