I don't know who owns this location, but one of your managers is really bringing the atmosphere down. I come in here multiple times a week and spend 20 to 30 each time.. I brought my kids in to eat and play. And we have to hear this lady (Manager named Kylie) yelling at the employees back in the kitchen. I asked what her name was from the employees and this is not professional at all. There is no need for this type of negative attitude in a supposedly family friendly restaurant. I will not bring my kids back here to be around this negative behavior until this manager is either fired or something is done about this. I'll be sure to tell the rest of my family to not come here. I really can't believe you let this lady stand there yelling and cussing at her employees.

What happened to 24 hrs McDonald's closes at 11pm which is stupid. The staff placed the cones in drive thru after I waited 10 minutes at station to order and when no one would take my order I drove around lot to leave and seen employee placing cones.

Set in drive thru for 10mins nobody at all in line car pulls in takes their order.i continue to sit for additional 2 mins after that car pulls.forward.then last 5 times I've been there regardless of time it's cash only we can't get ur mobile order.so I ask Samantha what time does ur system shut down so I can come and pay with card as I don't carry cash and she just walks away and ignores me.ok maybe she didn't hear me so I ask again when she hands me my food she then just shuts the window. So I waited 40 mins to get 2 double quarters meals to get home and the one that was suppose to be plain has everything on it not even worth calling up there at this point when there employees are rude.

No salt!! On anyone's burger or fries and the oil needed changed nothing tasted fresh and the service was not the best I understand you get what you pay for hoever try a smile it's contagious I wasn't loving it. Ba da da da da

Why is my hamburger the size of a sausage patty?. I ordered a Big Mac meal Lg $7.40 and a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal Lg $8.20. Im being charged the same price as a double quarter pounder w/cheese Deluxe. I want myMoney back I will never be back to McDonald’s.
