People are so rude here even that short chubby midget woman she's so mean and yells. She has such attitude. Even I know someone who used to work here and everyone was so mean to her and it was her first job too they take things way to far definitely should be shut down since no one here knows how to be nice. Everything about that place is just horrible and it's dirty they don't keep the place clean at all

I was an employee there it was dirty had mold in the pop machines moldy onions, mop sink broken, and the oven doesn't get clean. don't bother coming in to the restaurant with complaints there's no store manager and and the store owner is never there. If you want to work there be careful like I said there is no store manager and your performance goes off other employees and you can get rightfully fired.

First they called this location. The staff was very friendly. The two girls that were working normally with Subway. There's a problem with honoring buy one, get one or buy one half off, not at this location today. They were very friendly. The deal through the app was honored. Disappears to be a very good location

A lady named Jessica was super super rude to me and my 4 year old son!! I do not recommend going into this store when she works unless you want your day to be flipped upside down.. very very very unfriendly and had a very bad attitude when you ask her what bread is ready. I wound up not getting myself anything and just fed my child!! I will no longer support this business because of the bad behavior!!

I drive almost 40 minutes to get to the subway and I'm there 15 minutes before they close they have the door locked everything put away and then I call them and they tell me their systems updating so they went ahead and closed because they couldn't check out anybody and I asked him what happens during the day if this happens well they have to work around it but they closed doesn't matter if I'm inconvenienced 40 minutes or not I would not recommend the Batavia Subway for anything
