Awesome customer service. Had a friend of mine was very down and I know what tears are up. It's Wendy's, chili and breakfast potatoes, and this is the only Wendy's. Did they just has it ready? Never a problem.

waited 20 minutes for one meal with just 2 cars in front of me. ended up pulling away because i was hungry and just wanted a stupid meal. this place is not what it used to be a year or two ago, and that has to be a reflection on management.

Not sure what happened but this place has fallen apart, similarly to how their parking lot has. The physical gaping holes in the lot now occur inside as well.
Don’t come he often but lately it seems there’s always an issue. There’s always an excuse for the delay.
Today they explained it was “shift change”. How tf is that my problem? It’s my fault for ordering food from here at the specific time I did? Nope. Just incompetent and inconsiderate.
I’ve managed multiple fast food places in a previous life. Yes I absolutely hated it but even as a redacted 19 year old, I managed to keep my store from performing the way this store has.

I stopped by the drive to pick up some small Frosty's and a chicken sandwich. Service was quick and pleasant. The food was prepared well and everyone liked the taste. Customer satisfied means good job Wendy's!
