My only complain is the timing between kitchen closing and restaurant closing. If you restaurant closes at 10pm, you close your kitchen at 10pm, not one hour before. It looks very bad and unprofessional to kick out clients an hour before because the kitchen closes before the restaurants does. You start cleaning your business when you close, not before.
called ahead, just to make sure 20 could be accommodated from a funeral. response was "ok". food stayed at window, not served. starters were over an hour to recieve and was cold. did not recieve most of the ordered items, items recieved had to be remade or refused due to a 3 hour back and forth with food.
this was our first time in this establishment for many, and sadly 20 peoples last.
stear clear of this bar unless you have time to wait and can get drunk enough to...
My first visit, seating was available. We were seated a rather long time before anyone got our drink order(almost 15 mins) and we had finished that beer before being checked on again(15-20 mins) if was not crowded at this time. We ordered another round and food. Food took forever(35 mins) and that 2nd beer didn't come until after the food. Now a baseball team has joined us...we asked for the bill(knowing we'd be done eating before it got there) we never got it. We did...
