Based on a first time visit, I would suggest coming here for pasta. Arrabiata's pasta is perfectly cooked and is absolutely delicious. The sauce was fine but not special. My wife had the alfredo. It was a bit too creamy and lacked the richness that I feel defines a great alfredo. On the plus side, there is a generous amount of sauce on the dish.I had the Chicken Oscar. The linguine with marinara side dish was good (again great pasta) but the marinara was lackluster. As for the entree, it was a very generous portion (plan on taking some home). The crab stuffing was not the highlight I was hoping it would be. In short, it was a bit like eating a crab cake made of finely shredded crab meat with too much filler. I was hoping for more crab and less filler. Were not in Boston's north end where crab is the star to this dish. The overall flavor wasn't to my liking, but that is a personal preference. Others may find it to be fine. It was just a bit too acidic for me. The cheese topping was a good highlight along with a juicy breast of chicken. We also took home two cannolis. The filling was not as sweet as I have some to expect which was unfortunate for us.

Hands down the best Italian around! Get the veal Sinatra or veal Romano. The key is to get the side pasta in a different sauce. Try Marsala or butter wine sauce. Love this

Delicious restaurant especially the chicken D'Agnese! Our local favorite restaurant. The dirty martinis are fab! I have nothing bad to say about this establishment!

Attractive and very popular restaurant in the heart of Bay Village. Reasonably priced. Mix a good Manhattan and Irish coffee. Are off the left side of the menu, salad small but very tasty house dressing, wedding soup was OK, stuffed mushrooms were very small, looked silly in the plate they were served on. Tasted good.. Tasted my friend's salmon, I don't like salmon but this was pretty good. Would definitely go again.

Disappointed that when we stopped by they were only accepting reservations. I would recommend going elsewhere since the place isn’t fancy So I was a bit surprised they only accepted reservations and couldn’t accommodate. Don’t waste your time stopping in go elsewhere.

Arrabiatas Italian restaurant.Everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Remember they're busy because they're good. This restaurant still has that old time feel it's a definite classic type vibe. It's in the sense of good food and high quality. It has that atmosphere of any old school restaurant in any major city. Instead it's tucked in A shopping mall in Bay villageThree of us went to a later lunch and we all had The Sinatra veal….it is amazing, a unique dish with wonderful flavors. It served on a bed of their homemade mariana sauce, layered with prosciutto pesto and Romano cheeses, topped with melted mozzarella, roasted red peppers, mushrooms and artichoke hearts, and marsala wine sauce. There are other great dishes– chicken marsala. Parmigiano, shrimp stuffed shells, and others. We had a great experience and my order will always be Sinatra veal.

We had a group event there in early December. While we only had one waitress for probably 50 guests, the waitress (Jordan S) had a great attitude. The restaurant should have put another waitress in for our large group so the drinks and food were served very slow.

This establishment treats their workers as utter garbage, going as far to fire a dedicated worker who posed no issues. Why was he fired? Literal nonsense, lies made up by his fellow coworker. I do not recommend dining at a restaurant with such horrible standards for workers.
