I just went there literally 5 seconds ago and i just have to compliment them. The staff at 8:20 pm on aug 13 were so unbelievably fast and efficient. they were on the mark. lowkey a ton of people came in out of no where and they had it handled in seconds. you had to be there to truly understand how hard they were working. my blizzard was so fire, whoever made it put their back into it. it’s was the best blizzard i ever had.

BEST STORE EVER!!! All of the managers are so kind and really go the extra mile to make sure everyone is having a great experience. My pretzel sticks were super fresh and extra delicious!! In addition, my New York cheesecake blizzard was amazing with its extra cheesecake chunks. It was seriously loaded with cheesecake , just how I like it🩷. The whole place was super clean and the service was really fast, which made the visit even better. Definitely my favorite ice cream store ever!🥇

I have ordered two custom cakes within the last two weeks. First one was an edible image cake and the order was taken very last minute but they were very accommodating and very kind, great service. Second cake I ordered was a design I sent of inspiration for the cake and it was executed to perfection. The second cake was absolutely amazing, and couldn’t ask for anything better. Cake decorator is amazing!! Staff are all so kind, polite, and the atmosphere is great every time I come in and every time I call!

I tipped 100% simply because of the superb quality. What a guy and what an ice cream he produced for me. A beatiful experience. I’ll never forget him
