I have ordered two custom cakes within the last two weeks. First one was an edible image cake and the order was taken very last minute but they were very accommodating and very kind, great service. Second cake I ordered was a design I sent of inspiration for the cake and it was executed to perfection. The second cake was absolutely amazing, and couldn’t ask for anything better. Cake decorator is amazing!! Staff are all so kind, polite, and the atmosphere is great every time I come in and every time I call!

Wow really great place. I must say the managers really impressed me. Especially Kevin Kotyk. What a worker. He served me quick all with a dashing smile. I tipped 100% simply because of the superb quality. What a guy and what an ice cream he produced for me. A beatiful experience. I’ll never forget him

I asked for extra peanut butter in my peanut butter milkshake, and the team lead at the register listened to me.Sounds like a simple request, but this is the first time any Dairy Queen has done that for me and I truly appreciated it.Thank you.

This was the BEST DQ ice cream cake. It looked awesome and tasted great! Lots of cakes to pick from at this location. Staff a was friendly and helpful. Easy parking, nice location in Bay Village.

BUYER BEWWARE ordered a double fudge crunch ice cream cake 24hrs in advanced ,my wife's favorite for her birthday... i call to pick it up because i didnt receive the phone call it was done ,they can't find it ... then magically it's in the back ... i pick it up and we celebrate her birthday only to find out that it's clearly only the normal style not the double ... (which i was charged extra for )so disappointed !! i would suggest looking elsewhere if you want dairy queen done right!

I really likes the folks here at Diary Queen. The interactions is amazing, and the food is amazing. Also, be careful since the kids at the local schools would be crowded here between 3 to 4 pm.
